Nothing better than walking in needing a phone and walking out in about 30 mins with exactly what you wanted. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. Comfortable environment in the store. I have been a customer for a while with AT&T and I am overall pleased with the affordability of my cell phone service. I would recommend it to my family members.
Staff at this store is not only unhelpful but rude. We tried to return an iPhone that had been accidentally and permanently cancelled by a customer care agent; we actually were told by another agent to go to this corporate location to solve the issue. Before offering any help, however, staff made a list of all of the reasons they could not help us. When asked for a documental reference for these policies and decisions, they were not only unable to provide it but we were also asked to leave the store immediately and call customer care to probably be ill-advised once again. Seems that AT&Ts customer care policy is to delegate responsibility and to not offer any explanation about where or how to find any references for what, we, as customers, are supposedly obliged (and they are too). I would recommend to anyone who has an AT&T account to switch immediately and, specially, never purchase a device through this dysfunctional company.
Our visit to the store to purchase a new iPad was handled quickly and professionally, with no waiting at all. The representative who helped us answered our questions and handled our purchase in short order. The experience was pleasant.
I don’t normally leave reviews but as a multi- business owner I have to share my disappointment in the lack of leadership that I witnessed from one of the managers at this store. I initially stopped by this store because I’ve been thinking of switching all of my business lines and personal lines to AT&T as I’ve been a loyal customer to Verizon for 11 years and felt it might be time for a change. When I arrived to this store, I realized it was very busy but I was kindly greeted by one of the sales rep who informed me that someone would be with me shortly to assist. Shortly after, another sales rep came over to apologize for the wait and I appreciated the update. As more time went on, I noticed a manager just sitting at a table in the back and wasn’t really doing anything to help her employees. At one point, I even tried to get her attention but she never looked at me or anyone else in the eye, as if she didn’t see us waiting or was purposely trying to ignore us. More so, she went straight to the back and never seen her again. She also seemed very annoyed to be at work. I was extremely shocked by her behavior. I believe her name was Tia or something with a T.. I made sure I got her name!Anyways, I ended up leaving without switching my service. I guess it was a sign. cudos to the other reps for being so polite while I waited and holding your own without the help of a lazy manager who ignores customers. You should consider switching to Verizon.

Jordan was the sales associate that worked with me. I went into the store for a new iPhone, my old one was 6 years old. He was very patient with me and explained the different iPhone options and accessories. Since it has been 6 yrs since my last iPhone purchase, he helped me with transferring all my content from my old phone to my new phone. Explained how the new iPhone worked and addressed a number of questions that I had regarding the settings. I entered apprehensive and walked out confident with my new iPhone. I’d definitely recommend working with Jordan. I had a great experience!
Missy was great. She told me exactly how to fix my issue that occurred with a live agent over the phone. I almost cancelled my port in request but Missy saved the day. I’m now happy with AT&T and I have a personal representative to handle all of my concerns.
Missy was absolutely wonderful! she helped me set up a new phone as well as a couple accessories to go with it. she was super kind and explained every question I had with thorough answers so that I wasn’t confused. I had an excellent experience.
Today was my third visit to this location. The staff is always friendly and they took the time out to remember my name. Both Virginia and Jasmine have helped me each time I have had concern or issue with my phones and each time the presented a very friendly and positive attitude.

I was given an iphone 7 by a friend to replace my 4s. The rep. Ms. Williams spent an hour with me setting up the phone from the previous carrier and getting my phone plan up to date. We were recently thinking about switching providers from Sprint and I went in to speak to someone about the service that AT&T offered. Jasmine Britt explained clearly and answered all my questions about the wireless service that AT&T provided. After some thinking I went back to switch my family over to AT&T. It took a long time due to some technical issues, but Jasmine was very patient and helpful. She made sure to follow up to make sure we all had switched since my family was in Austin, TX when I went into the store in Newport News, VA. I definitely recommend AT&T and if you go to this store be sure to speak with Jasmine who is quite helpful.

The store worker Ashley was super helpful stayed with us helping us through phone call after phone call to get us the help we needed unfortunately there was nothing that could be done due to the system but her dedication to sit with us for 3 hours and her calmness and understanding to the situation was amazing

As much as I really don’t like going into stores after Christmas, I had to go with my daughter today to the AT&T store. We waited only a few minutes before our AT&T sales person, Lauren, came over to hep us. Lauren was quick, to the point, and pressure free. She listened to what we wanted, gave a few suggestions, and then made it all work out. She was great!
Went here to change my phone line to a different account, both AT&T customers and the lady just told us to 3 way call then ourselves after saying its very time consuming, then gave us the wrong number to call. Its basically impossible to do this without going in the store so she literally just refused to do her job.

AT&T no longer has an intetest in customer retention, quality service, coverage or responding to customer needs. The worst ever experience following an accellerating decline in these areas over the last several years. Currently seeking a new carrier other than Verizon.
Scheduled an appointment and went into the store to sort out an existing order. Was greeted by our wonderful associate, Missy, who was incredibly patient and helpful in handling our problem and getting everything figured out. We were in and out of the store with our problem solved and the new iPhone we were looking for. I will always come back to this location and ask for Missy!
Had great service on the first visit got phones earbuds,and also AT&t package. Come the next sales person who help us was off we got someone who just didnt want to help we plan to let go of are service. People dont get we are the stores without us shopping there we make or break you band together not divide.

Im up and coming to get my business license and now cant wait to get everything squared away to do business with him. Fall 2019I was concerned about going to AT&T after reading some other reviews but my experience was nothing less than professional. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store and a representative (Jasmine) helped me transition from another carrier to AT&T. There were some issues using my existing phone so a new phone was purchased and everything works perfectly. I can recommend this store to anybody.2 years later Fall 2021Im with Verizon now -

After having AT&T service since 99 with no major issues, today proved to be a NIGHTMARE. Long story short, my son and I have been on my brother-in-laws account for the past few years, but today I made the decision to create my own account. Seems simple enough, right? Well, after almost two hours there this AM, my account still wasnt established. My brother-in-law ended up having to call CS (because in-house this cant be done) three different times. Each time, I delivered him a script from Lauren, the salesperson who was helping me. I had a lunch obligation, so left at 1p. At 2:38p, Lauren called me to say she was going to take her lunch, and would let me know when she was back. at 4:10p I showed up (I had not yet heard from her), only to be told she had not yet taken lunch. I opted to go to Lidl to grocery shop, and returned to the AT&T parking lot, around 5:30p. Lauren texted that she was ready for me to come in and finish the transaction. Do you know I didnt leave until after 8p?! And to top it all off, I texted my son (who is in MI with his father) to make sure his phone was still working right (because it was apparent during the transfer that there was mass confusion)...and guess what? I got the text!!! Apparently his number is active on my phone. And after texting my sons dad, my sons phone is not working. I am SO frustrated...and consequently unprepared for Christmas as a result of the FOUR hours spent at the store today. They tried to make it right by giving me a $75 credit...but this was when I thought my number was operating successfully. I feel like the phones and the $50 case should be complimentary at this point. I am still floored by the confusion and disregard for having my phone number set up correctly before sending me on my way. Yes it was closing time. And yes, the person helping me stayed over and extra hours. But Im sorry, customer service is customer service. You make it right. Dont rush things along for the sake of being done. Why am I struggling to communicate with loved ones right now? This whole situation is ludicrous. What a waste of my Christmas Eve eve. I am not one to complain about ANYTHING...but today was too much. The icing on the cake was that 30 minutes in to my second visit of the day, I asked to use the restroom. No public restrooms. I mean, okay...but youve taken three hours of my life that I cant get back...thanks a lot.

Went in to switch from android to iPhone and Ana was very helpful and patient. We had a problem and questions about the process with setting up the iPhone so we came back to the store and Missy took over and explained more in detail how to use and setup the iPhone, which made us more comfortable and confident with our purchase. Today I went to the store because I could not get my new SD card to load correctly. I was met by a lady who was both professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes my phone was fixed and my problem was remedied. Thank you Missy, it was truly a blessing to have met you.
Long story short, boyfriend and I switched from Verizon to AT&T on Friday 7/10. Due to a porting issue that was suppose to be handled and taken care of from the sales representative Brian, I was not able to receive incoming calls, at all. We went back on Saturday after spending almost 5 hrs in the store Friday! Brian had me making all the calls that he should’ve been doing while he was worried about making another sale. Basically he pushed us off and didn’t care.Again, the problem wasn’t fixed. Boyfriend was extremely irritated to the point where we went back up there today and GINO (store manager) helped us and fixed the problem in literally 20 mins max. I was finally able to receive calls after five days. He was polite, cooperative and patient. Gino is the guy to go to if you visit this location! Stick with him and he’ll hook you up!

We had to leave because Shawn could not figure his life out. Horrible customer service, no greeting, did not introduce himself or try to be cordial at all. Just asked us what we wanted with a shield between us and face masks. The music was super loud and all those distractions, he is telling me I need to speak up about my personal information like my pin. I was already yelling because he could not hear me at all. I had to type in information just to get it started. My husband asked to use the restroom and he said to bathrooms were closed due to COVID. We have never had a phone service transaction that was less than 40 minutes. In that time, customers are expected to not use the restroom? Shawn directed us to one of the other shops restrooms. Needless to say we left. Depending on the service at the other AT&T we may be looking for another phone service provider.
Toonica has helped me with the switch from my other carrier. She provides great service and she is honest. I appreciate that. She will always get my business.

My son went in to buy a new phone cause his was not working properly. Missy is who helped him (I guess you could say) he is in the military and we were on the phone with him at the same time. She was such a ×&!%$ and told him to get the $%×& out of her store. She did this in front of other customers as well. We then called to talk to customer service about the level of service that was recieved and got a complaint made. And my son goes in while I was still on the phone with the complaint department. He asked to talk to the manager and she told him the manager is not going to do anything I would do for you. How do you call that customer service. I really feel that there was ALOT of discrimination against here and this type of work does not go well with discrimination. If she is racist she should not be working there.

Came in to have service transferred from one provider to the next everything went well up to a point as most things doThe problem came into play when we acquired the account number and pins Brianasked for... then proceeded to sell me an iPhone 11 and messed up the process and then wanted to push us out of the store because he didnt want to deal with itHad me fixing his issue via ATT SUPPORT....its like he got a sell and then was completely done with us like thats not the way this is supposed to be
