My family went in to upgrade our family plan because my daughters phone was messing up and Iphone had a great deal. Tyler was awesome. He spent so much time making sure all our questions was answered. He also made sure when we walked out that we were well informed and totally ready to use our phones.

I’m not sure if this location is the best or Sarai is just it. Either way, my experience recently was so easy. Sarai knew exactly how to help me, did it quick and efficiently. She went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have any more problems. Her customer service skills are superb. She was friendly and so nice. Definitely lifted some weight off my shoulders with my visit!

Needs to close their doors simply because they have been programed to sale phones and direct everyone else to Call Customer Service for another assistance, the worsted help ever, this has happened to me more than twice. My home service still dont work perfectly. Really thinking about cutting this service off soon. This location really Dont give good help if youre not purchasing a phone........Smh!!!!

We had the absolute best service we could have asked for. An older Fios box was deactivated and Tyler was quick to help us figure out a solution after hours on hold with Support that ended less than helpful. Phone-based support promised me a “specialist” would call back (they didn’t) when it appeared there was an additional box on my grandfathers account that was not accounted for (I found out later, the MIA box was received in 2015 then returned in 2018, so I have no idea what she was talking about and why Verizon wasn’t able to track their equipment appropriately in their system.) Tyler was super friendly and recognized the frustration we felt after hours going round in circles with automated phone support, and had us out of the store with new equipment and an updated account within FIVE MINUTES. It was far the best customer service experience I have ever had.

Love, love, love this place!!! Came to the Newport News Verizon location for the first time to purchase a new iPhone for my mom who transitioned from being a long-time Samsung user. We were immediately greeted very warmly by Sarai. She was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable when it came to answering my moms 1000 questions about her new iPhone lol. We were in and out SOO fast and paid a-lot less than expected. Even though we live in Suffolk we will definitely be switching to this location for all of our device needs. Definitely worth the trip. Ordered a new unlocked device from Samsung. The device came with instructions on switching account information from old phone. I attemted to complete the switch myself unsuccessfully. I went to this Verizon Retailer and Terrez helped me with the registration of the new device and transfered my data with ease. He even gave me assistance with screen protector installation. All was done within fourty-five minutes from arriving at the store. Great experience would recomend for phone upgrades. Keep up the excellent service.

Jamar at the Verizon store on Warwick was beyond kind and helpful. He was super professional and friendly in explaining the process to my husband and I. The Verizon store closes at 8:00. I called and spoke to Jamar Price and he said he would wait for me to get there to exchange my router. I didnt have to tell him that I was a teacher, he just offered out of the kindness of his heart. He told me of several new note 20 500-700 off trade in promotional deals and specs and made sure my phone was accessoried to safely leave the store with the cell helmet brand (from sharktank, fun fact he added) liquid screen protector and case! Harley even told me of the free Samsung headphones one can apply for with purchase of a samsung phone. Amazing team, amazing sale, amazing store!

Wife had a bad experience and sales person bullying her into buying a phone she didnt wantq. She is an easy sale and dudeman took advatage of her. She ended up had to call the corp office to get things straight.

My husband and I came in to buy new phones since we both had pretty outdated ones. AJ is the person who helped us and was AMAZING!!!! Answered all our questions and concerns without sounding condescending (because I’m sure the questions we were asking were pretty stupid!) had an amazing sense of humor, texted us as soon as our phones came in so we could pick them up! Best experience we have ever had getting new phones!!
