I have been researching new apartments in my area I could pay more reasonably priced, bugs are an absolutely NO NO for me. I noticed that only one tenant mentioned bugs, but almost every person who leaves a review mentions the rude staff. Why be there if you do not want to help the tenants who pay their rent? So the mention of that was enough for me to want to continue to pay my high rent elsewhere.

The staff are the most useless staff I have ever had rude and nasty the black and the white lady don’t try to work anything out with the tenant or anything just useless worst staff ever I dealt with bugs also will not recommend them to anyone at all!!!

Honestly, the apartments and the neighborhood isn’t bad. It’s the TWO ladies in the office that make it miserable. They are always rude and always nasty when you ask or inquire about anything! Big or small! Please Abbitt Management GET THEM OUT if you want to salvage any of your potential/current tenants!

I hated living here. The staff was not helpful, the maintanence was only helpful. When I moved in I seen numerous bugs called the office and ask for them to spray. Nobody ever came to my house like she said they were. And the entire time I living there I had to deal with water bugs ALL THE TIME! Will not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to this property several times looking at the 3bdrm garden. I was told to come back in 2 weeks to see the 2bdrm townhouse sooo when I got there the white lady was very RUDE her & the old black lady was just NASTY . They acted as if I was bothering them cuz I kept asking important questions about the apartment. Sooo I will NOT even waste anymore of my TIME with his unit! Dont go to this property cuz the 2bedroom townhouse is the rental office ...

Management in the office is very rude and unwilling to work with the tenants in any way

The staff are extremely rude. They don’t fix anything they say that they’ll fix.

I loved living in youngs mill the year that I did! However, I dealt with problems with my water bill and they did nothing to fix it. The staff was great however and maintenance as well!
