Just horrible. Need to find a better management team. Maintenance is great.

I just called to Inquire about a availability as my friend currently lives here. The front desk receptionist was extremely rude. Advised there is no wait list, no notices, and no way to ever know when something would come available. With that being said how is one to know and plan if something was to come available. My recommendation to this complex is at least allow for further residents to give contact information so the complex is not scrabbling at the last min to fill spots. I would advise to look somewhere else as if this is how the management is it will sure lead to a very bad stay.

While I did not have many complaints while living in the apartment, moving out showed the true colors of Management. After hours of cleaning before moving out, I was hit with a $1,000 bill because they had to replace the carpet and vinyl in the bathroom. After asking for pictures of the vinyl and the carpet AFTER the attempted stain removal they could not provide them. Only pictures of the minor stains without any attempts to remove them. They did not attempt to remove minor stains from the carpet but instead decided to get all new carpet under my expense. As for the bathroom vinyl, I did not see any discoloration like they said, and their response was “it’s hard to see in the picture with the light and flash”. I am fine with paying damages I inflicted, but I cannot help to question the integrity of this business after hitting a young family of four with a bill of $1,000 after no attempts to remove stains from the carpet. Or a clear picture of the specific area that was “discolored”.

Hard to track down manager. Useless assistant in the front office. Reluctant to replace or fix most things. Charges a pet fee then charges you to get carpet professionally cleaned and sprayed for fleas when you move out. Limited hours for a check out inspection, so you have to miss work to be there for it, then they forget about you and show up over 30 minutes late making you miss more work.The maintenance guy is by far the best part about these townhomes.All in all you you get a pretty big place for pretty cheap, but the management is lacking.
