Apartments are reasonable in regards to price. Apartments themselves are clean. Only criticism is the apartments are too close together. Usually one can hear what the neighbors are doing and vice versa. If you live in a downstairs apartment one will hear when anyone enters the apartment complex... which is often. Other than that I have no complaints.

I dont think you can beat the price. My neighbors are nice, maintenance responds quickly if you have an issue (Ive only had to call twice in almost 2 years), office staff are friendly and know you by name, and maintenance staff walk the property daily ensuring the grounds are acceptable. I plan on staying for many years to come!

I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. Other than the price being reasonable they have poor management. They will allow maintenance to enter your home even when you’re home. Maintenance knocked on the door which I answered on the first knock. He came in anyways and told management that he knocked 3 times and I didn’t answer. I made groceries and went out of town came back to find my apartment smelly from the food in the fridge cause the fridge went out while I was out of town. They refused to replace what I had bought because their maintence man lied and said the food was still cold. He placed the spoiled food in the new fridge they replaced while I wasn’t home.

We are currently on the least and we have 4 more months until its up. And i can not wait to get out of here. and i am being completely honest when i say all of this. The neighbors are loud!!! The apartment above has horrible horrible sqeeke floors that wake a sleeping baby every time they walk. People slam doors, there apartment door and outside door. they have the mailbox door on our apartment door!!! which slams at least 5 times a day. i had to write a note on it saying please do not slam it and they still do it. Also when they paint and do the floors in the apartment where people moved out of....it makes your whole apartment smell like paint!!!! and they wont do anything about it. And let me remind u, I HAVE A BABY! Awful absolutely awful! everyone speeds and blasts there music while driving in the parking lot. i have to run across the lot thinking the car wont slow down. Theres just an un going list. I cant say one good thing about it. disappointing and i will not recommend to anyone not even my enemy. i wouldnt even give it a one star!!!
