Moved into a Townhouse at the beginning of June 2021, I’ve only been here a month & I’m already looking for a new place to rent. There is only one parking spot per townhouse, so if you separate work vehicle like me or have a roommate, chances are you’ll have to risk being towed or you’ll have to park a half mile away from your building. The townhouses are over priced & the A/C is designed to fail & never cool the 2nd floor efficiently. Literally have to cool my downstairs to 68 degrees & close all the vents downstairs, just for the upstairs to be below 74 degrees. I highly recommend not moving into this complex, unless you don’t have a vehicle..

Generally decent rates/leasing office is nice, have had some bug issues

The maintenance and contractor crews are working diligently to rennovate these apartments.

We moved in recently the new renovations are awesome....

Parking sucks and they have roaches. The parking lots have lots of potholes too
