My son, had been in hospital for more then 14 days, his hair & beard needed trimming. Plus in a pinch the stylist / manager did outstanding service for his needs. Well be back again,TY for a pleasant visit, Cheryl & Steven

Came here during COVID, service was fine and the right health/safety precautions were taken. I was given a disposable mask to wear so that the hair dye didnt get onto my cloth mask.However, even being the only client in the salon, it didnt feel like the stylists attention was on me the whole time.Then somehow I got charged 3× as much for the same services Ive gotten before at a Supercuts in SW Virginia?It wasnt a terrible experience, but I definitely wont be returning.

The girl cutting my hair was too chatting not paying attention to what she was doing. Im tall but she was really short. She could use a stool to make sure my hair was even.

Lady that cut my hair was absolutely amazing, super nice, kept a conversation with me the whole time and was super inviting.

Booked a haircut online 1hr before I came and when I showed up staff was fairly rude. Ended up waiting 40 min past my appointment time and just left after yet another person was served before me.

This Supercuts is the best I have ever visited. The staff is always sweet, nice, understanding and easy to talk to about anything. I recently got my hair cut at a different Supercuts and it just didnt look right when I straightened my hair. I went to this one after work and explained my concern and the stylist was so sweet and understanding. She was able to figure out what had probably happened and easily fixed the situation. I am so happy and going forward this will be the only Supercuts I go to have my hair cut. Thank you guys!!

Under new management- great customer service- needs a little more color or decoration to the place but very professional! They have good product sales and Jaime who was my stylist, really knows what she’s doing!! She knows how to cut my hair in ways that will flatter my face and does exactly what I ask her to do- no surprises!! Took me a long time to find a great stylist- she’s wonderful! Highly recommend her and the place is super convenient ( in same place off of Jefferson as Once Upon A Child/ Tuesday Morning.

Lamont was absolutely amazing. Shampooed, conditioned, detangled, and cut my hair. He was very timely, polite, and professional. I normally hate going to chain hair salons such as supercuts, but from now on both I and my boyfriend will be going to this supercuts to get cuts from Lamont. By far one of the best experiences Ive had getting my hair cut in a very long time. 15/10 would highly recommend.

Go to this salon twice a year. Earlier this year, great service, got exactly what I asked for with a fair price for the service, per usual. Went a few weeks ago, showed a picture of the haircut I always get which features 4 layers and ended up paying higher than I’ve ever paid for 2 layers leaving me with bowl cut for the top layer. The straightening service I asked for was done in the most ridiculous way I’ve ever seen. The smallest strands of hair, piece by piece, completely unnecessary and damaging.The customer service was grouchy and the wait time unbelievable. The workers had no want to help and were blatant about wasting time until they got off of work.

Look online for the time for Supercuts to open said 9 am .on door said 9 am .but nobody was there .called nobody answer .waited for 15 minutes still no one. So I left .

Terrible service. I called ahead letting them know I was in a rush and was told my son had an appointment. I drove there, just to be told we have to wait at least 20mins because she took a walk in. She was very ride and unapologetic. Will not be returning.
