Love this place Ive been coming here 15 plus years.

Honestly this is the best barber iv ever had. He does an amazing job and even finishes with a straight razor. Its not the best looking little store but remember to not judge a book by its cover. I 100% recommend this place.

After months of bad haircuts, I finally found someone who actually listens to directions. He cuts your hair exactly as you ask, and he has a friendly disposition.

I am new to the area and was referred to Ims by a friend. It’s a much different haircut experience than I am used to, but I love it! I actually look forward to getting my hair cut now, which has never been the case.

Mr. Im has been there forever. There are magazines from the 50s. There are floor tiles from the 40s. I left the are for fifteen years, came back, and he looked exactly the same. Not sure he is human, but whatever. Hes a nice man. Been there many times since 2001, and he is always cheerful. You are gonna love the guy.The haircut was absolutely awesome. Traditional old school. Ten stars.

Im from the Louisville Ky. area visiting family here in Newport news. Mr.Ims gave me a haircut yesterday. And it was the one of the best haircuts I have had ! What a craftsman he is. Haircut straight razor neck and sideburns trim, beard trim and neck massage. All in less than 30 minutes for $14.00 I will have a haircut by Mr. IMS every time Ims in Newport News. Great Experience.

Mr. Im is a great Barber. This is a little tiny quiet one chair barber shop. He does give a good haircut for being a traditional Barber, with a shaved neck. Nice little bonus is he gives a neck massage at the end of every haircut, prices are average.

He is super genuine, respectful and cuts to perfection. I have difficulty finding someone who can cut my hair because of my alfalfa hair but Ims does fantastic. Highly recommended!
