There were better times than now. Before the people in the service department were more attentive and organized.I took my car in to get accessories installed, due to the lack of time management, my vehicle was going to be sitting at the parking lot over the weekend without anything being done to it, after dropping it off on Thursday.
Ive purchased 3 vehicles from Casey Honda and I always gone to Hall Hyundai for service. My recently encountered a rude employee when scheduling an oil change. My 2016 Accord has free oil changes with Casey but I would rather pay and deal with professional service people. Its clear that Casey is only interested in selling not servicing!
Demien was very helpful. I couldnt get my Bluetooth to pair to my phone. He came right out and assist. Didnt rush and gave me great pointers. Everytime I go there they are extremely nice and helpful.
The service was really quick, vehicle was returned same day when projected to be a two day service. However, the electrical work ended up causing the vehicle to have more issues than when we had it before. It was a recall service and it didnt fix a problem that didnt exist but instead create one. They double parked our vehicle and it took nearly half an hour for them to find the keys to the other vehicle and unblock me. If it wasnt for the first warranty and the vehicle being brand new Id have gone elsewhere.

Took my 2016 Honda Pilot for service for 2 things:1. car was stalling out at stoplights - full electrical system failure - and couldnt get it started for about a minute or so after car died. Had this exact same problem last year which ended up being the Auto stop system needed to be reprogrammed.2. car makes a high pitched squealing noise usually when decelerating from at least 45 mph to almost a complete stop then stepping on the accelerator.I told the service manager what the problems were and the solution to #1 and probable solution to #2 because I had looked it up on Google and found other owners of 2016 Pilots with the same problem. I then asked if I should leave the car. Manager said to wait and they would take a look and let me know if I needed to leave the car. 2 and a half hours later still no word so I walked back outside to talk to the service manager. In that time they had only checked the battery which showed low voltage. They wanted to charge $320 for a new battery and unless I put it in, they would go no further to diagnose the problems for which I had originally brought the car in for. So I gave permission for the new battery and was told to leave the car so I called my daughter for a ride. It took her a half hour to get to Casey but just as she got there, I was told that my car was ready. I asked if they had reprogrammed the computer for the auto start stop but they said they felt it was simply the battery and were not going to further look into that problem. I then asked about problem #2 for which I was told since they couldnt recreate it (really? they took my car out for a test run and put in a new battery in a half hour?) they werent going to look into that any further either. So if I can record the sound on my phone in the future I can bring the car back. The noise was recreated by me about 200 ft down the road from the dealership but Im not about to bring my car back there again. And to top everything off my infortainment system didnt work because they had changed out the battery. So I immediately called the service manager who was busy but would call back ASAP. Nope. Never got a call back. Luckily after holding down the power button to the system for about 10 seconds it finally came back on. I have to say, when my service manager was Don, service was impeccable. This experience has angered me so much for wasting so much of my time and the dismissiveness of the new manager that I will NEVER go back here again and doubt I will buy Honda again for that matter.

I bought my car here. But i dont trust it for service. I had an oil inspection due..and i asked if they could check the tires too they said yes..i doubt they did, because if they did they would have seen I had a nail in my tire..seems like they always want money anyway. .
