Whent to check on a cheaper plan that I saw was cheaper in long run signed up

Have not met Nelson Kelley. Just wanted an Allstate office in Newport News, since our original agent, Katy Jones, left without any notification. She left taking furniture, nothing in office and transferring us to an agent in Charlottesville!

While I would say, I have a great rapport with Catherine, whose always courteous, and helpful in anyway she can, I feel my rate is too high.I’ve been reviewed, a few times, and cannot seem to get a reasonably inexpensive rate.Other than my rate rant, it’s a great company. I’d recommend anyone in search give Catherine a call, or stop by to see her.

Not a happy camper. I decided to have my homeowners insurance and my car insurance with you and as a result my car insurance went up $12.85. I had only 1 car at this time and was paying the same amount for 2 months and then I get a bill in Nov. saying It went up because I had 2 cars when I only had the one and was getting a discount. I pay more now for just 1 car.I guess thats life but Im sure not happy about it.Lynda Hill

Mr nelson was very knowledgeable about the life insurance products he was saleing. The recpointist was very curtious and kind and went above a beyond. I had a lil mix up with the schedule time due to underwriting the recpointist made sure she contacted mr kelly first and then exam 1 everything was straighten after a few calls very professional. She wasnt one of those recpointist that sat behind a desk must of the time i came in she was standing and greeted me as soon as i walked in. Clean office lots of room. I was offered water very hot this day. The staff is professiona.Mr nelson is very thurel in explaining his products to his clients. I was not just given a piece of paper to read off of and asked what i wanted to do. Things where put on a big screen in a PowerPoint form. Im glad i went with allstate cause the other two agencys didnt earn my business but Allstate did thanks again.
