They are so much better than the first Farmers Insurance agency that I worked with. I am so forgetful, so I overpay sometimes and forget when I have to pay again. I luv that they send a personal text to me a few days before my bill is due (not the automated kind either). They also helped me greatly with my transition in leaving the previous agent who gave me such a hard time that I had to contact the BBB on them.
