Tried to call me many times the day before my aptmt since he calculated the IID locked my car out and wanted to ensure I had plans to get car towed to aptmt so I wouldn’t miss it. He left a couple voicemails. Very polite & helpful. Always tries to help when he can. Doesn’t smoke in my car like other review.

Technicians smoke around and possibly inside of your vehicle while installing their system... highly do not recommend
