The staff are so kind and motivational and I will be going every day now

I love this place. The instructors are motivating and top notch. Beginners are supported and offered modifications and the members are so welcoming to those that are new. Its a special place for sure, come join us...and dont feel badly about where you are starting, I couldnt even do a push-up. ;)

This is the best place to get in shape! The coaches and community are so inviting from the moment you step foot into the door. Everyone is super motivating and you will always end a workout with a smile!

I joined CFUP at the end of October 2016. This clean gym has dedicated coaches providing great instruction with the right amount of encouragement which has helped me exceed my expectations of what I thought I can do. They also offer kids classes that my 6 old year old son attends. He has a lot of fun while also receiving the benefits of physical fitness!

CFUP combines fitness and community together perfectly. The small class sizes and expertise coaches make it an amazing place to workout whether you are brand new to fitness or a veteran athlete. All workouts can be tailored to your abilities. Along with providing a great workout environment, CFUP also encourages a great community atmosphere that welcomes everyone.

Defiantly recommend cfup! This was my first Crossfit experience started with zero knowledge and fitness skills workouts were modified to allow me to complete them. Everyone who goes to cfup is like family. All the coaches are awesome !!!
