Went to Walmart for tires. They only had one tire of the brand I wanted. Salesperson said, you have to order them yourself. She didnt even try to offer another brand. She let a sale go out the door. I would have bought something similar to what I wanted but she dismissed me. Newburgh,NY Walmart you need to train your staff.

I walked in last minute on a Saturday afternoon. They were about to close. I had driven over 30 miles to get there and coming during the week was not an option. The guys were very accommodating and replaced all 4 tires, did wheel balancing on my vehicle....all before closing!...Thank you very much.

This place has excellent customer service, friendly staff and affordable pricing. However, if you are not able to arrive BEFORE they open and do not have time to wait then I suggest you pick another spot. They are under staffed and give each customer quality work no matter how long the lines are.

Everybody who works in Auto Center should be fired for laziness and confidence and piss poor manners

Though they were busy and understaffed my tires were done faster than I expected. Everyone was polite, efficient and responsive. The cost was great too. I can see why they are busy. They do a great job! I highly recommend them.

This place is the worst!!! I called the night before to see if they had my tire size in stock. The man who answered the phone was helpful told me they had the tires, no appointment necessary, I could get my car fixed during my lunch break. When I showed up it was a completely different story. I should have come earlier (I was at work), they cant take my car for hours. I walked out. Go to Rauls on lake street.

I waited two hours for my tire installations but the price was great and the lady at the counter is super friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The staff was absolutely wonderful!! And yes they are very busy, but thats because they do great work! From the front desk up to the manager, everyone was kind, funny and knowledgeable. Tires installed perfectly, Im happy!!

They forgot to take off old sticker and put new one on... I had to call and they came out to put new sticker on.... Not very friendly

The work and service is great. However, the line is horrible. You will wait a long time for service. Don’t even think of calling....you will be on hold indefinitely. I recommend a different Walmart until management decides to give them proper staffing. Unfortunately I have to go with one star so people will read the review and stop coming.....to get Walmart to hire more!

Got an unexpected flat the day before memorial day. We did a quick fix but needed to get a new tire. Went to Walmart because we were closest to it and it was open. 2 men were in auto care and they were close to closing but the one guy said he would fix it for us. Turns out both our back tires were the wrong size and he said he could change both so we would stop having problems. We felt bad because these men wanted to go home but they also didnt wanna leave us stranded with a flat tire. We got the Walmart brand tires as they were less expensive but still made by one of the name brand tire companies. We shopped a bit then went back in an hour. Tires have been fine since no issues at. The men there were really helpful and we are very grateful to them.

I don’t have 0 star option..so leaving a starThey almost took 2.5 hours for balancing, rotation and oil change..I have been there waiting in waiting area observing them there were 4 spots for Woking on cars all of them were empty by the time I came inLiterally doing nothing but talking to each other definitely not about how to fix Car..Bunch of idiots running business without any idea of what they’re doing

I went in for an oil change and the man at the counter was pleasant and friendly. He told me it would take awhile and he was right, It took over 2 and a half hours and when I got home I realized that I was overcharged. So now I have to make a second trip back to get my refund.

I pre-ordered the tire online for a Saturday appointment. First thing these people tell me is they only have 3 of the 4 tires I ordered. 2 hours goes by and they finally found the 4th tire. After waiting for 2 hours just to look for the missing tire they tell me its going to take another 2 1/2 to 3 hours just to install the tires even though I have been waiting for over 2 hours at this point. Do yourself a favor and go to another service center. Its not worth saving a couple of bucks to go through such terrible customer service. I would rather pay more and not waste 5 1/2 hours waiting for tires to be installed. I would have given less than 1 star if it was an option.

Unprofessional and sloppy

Affordable, but always slow service because they are overbooked and understaffed. Hey Wal-Mart: how about helping out your hard working care care folks by hiring more help and putting a quality manager back there.

They never never never answer the phone whether you let it ring for 10 minutes or an hour, they just won’t answer I have called the corporate headquarters twice and complained and they still don’t answer,I would give them a zero rating but the lowest rating is 1 star, but to me you should have to do something to earn 1 star

I only went there for simple oil change and when I left there my vehicle all of a sudden had a bad starter I question the manager on what could have happened I had just bought the vehicle from a reputable dealer as long as they were able to get it out of the bay thats all that they were worried about so that it no longer became their problem highly do not recommend taking your vehicle to Walmart

Had 4 new tires put on my SUV for under $300. Service was fast and the employees were helpful. Deon and Luis did a great job.

Two and one half hours for an oil change and new battery and battery cable. Work looks good, however.

I didn’t get a chance to be serviced but i was on hold with these bums on the phone for a half hour .....so i drive there(with a skimpy spare tire) wait in line(auto center) for 30 minutes while customers get their groceries rung up by the mechanic. So now im next i asked the mechanic if I can get 2 new tires he tells me @ 2pm “nope they not taking no more cars”. Moral of the story is don’t f$@k with walmart auto center.

Got an oil change here. It kind of felt awkward, and I had to wait for someone to come back to the counter to give me my keys after the oil change. Other than that it was fine

First off, its a mechanic shop run out of a Walmart.. so dont expect to be happy with your results.The prices are definitely competitive and the employees are surprisingly pleasant, but I cant say the same for the mechanics.I brought my car here for a simple tire rotation/balance and alignment, and I left with the car in worse condition than when I came in. My vehicle pulled very hard to the right and had a very noticeable shake at around 50 mph. Obviously frustrated, I brought it to Sears auto center and they told me never to step foot in Walmarts auto center again.They told me it looked like they just went under there and messed around with the alignment, and that there was no way they properly balanced the tires. The worse part though, was that they never properly tourqed my lug nuts. Which wouldve been fantastic had I ever gotten on the highway.All in all I recommend just spending the few extra bucks and taking it somewhere where you know its in good hands. Its not worth potentially getting into an accident because of someone elses negligence.

Slow but they do a decent job! Cant beat the prices and its always packed.

This Walmart auto center is terrible. They never have enough workers for the day and if there’s a line inside they will walk right by you. I came in three times this week, trying to get an oil change with other people waiting and one worker was laughing with his coworker and walked past us while another guy told someone else to “ring us out”. The phone is always ringing with no one to answer it. Cheap oil changes but unless you come right at 7am you won’t get in. Wait times are always 2 hours or more.

Tire dept has no idea what theyre doing, made excuses for not servicing my vehicle because it was the weekend and they wanted to go home. Unhelpful staff, took two hours to learn that they would not change the tires on my vehicle.

Waited on phone for 20 min, was told had two tires in stock.then told that i had to buy 4 if walmart was going to install...waste of time and buch of idiots

One star is way too much. I got here 11am only 1 car in shop ahead of me. Was told 1 hour or so just to change battery. I am currently 2 hours 40 minutes later still here!!!! Terrible

Did not let me know it will take an hour to put my car in the garage then another to start working on the car. My car was the only car they had to work on until other customers came. 2 hours to put on 2 tires. 🤦‍♂️
