My experience here was awesome! They were quick, friendly, honest, and the best overall experience with an autoshop Ive ever had! Also, they were very knowledgeable and didnt speak down to me (which is common since Im a woman). They did not push unnecessary services and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met! 10/10 would recommend!!

Staff and work is amazing, price not so much. Walmart is 1/3 of the cost to get my oil change and 1/2 the cost with a coupon from Valvoline. As much as I love their service I cant justify paying double to triple the cost.

Great bunch of guys here. Very thorough. Got an oil change, two bulbs replaced and the bulbs are not an easy task. also they replaced a license plate light.....it took a tad less than thirty minutes. I would highly recommend this shop. Not bad prices either

They did a fantastic job. The wait was about 10 minutes for an open bay. They managed to check the problem and do a difficult replacement which solved the problem. Thought the price for an oil change was kind of high, but the quickness of the service and friendliness of staff will have me returning, for sure. All the employees were professional and handled my business with care.

They make oil changes quick and easy. What I really like about Valvoline, they do not take long to change the oil nor do you have to normally sit and wait in a waiting room like most places. Today, they made sure my tires were correctly inflated and topped off my windshield fluid. The staff are always friendly and professional to me.

The guys that work there were really nice theyre very pretty is the one guy at the computer thought he was a comedian that was pretty funny they showed me what everything that they did Bilbo loyal and everything up and even pointed out a couple of extra small little issues that need to be handled that they couldnt handle themselves but they still brought it to my attention thanks guys

Had my oil changed about 2 months ago and went to different oil place in Columbus and they let me know that the wrong filter was put on. And they explain the long term affects to my car. Not going back and I will have to keep driving to Columbus

Asked to check rear differential fluid. Said it was fine. Had massive leak on the pumpkin and driveshaft gasket. (Als tire had it on the lift two days later and showed me) .... Also asked to check transmission fluid. Was told I didnt have a dipstick. Its a 2001 Ford mustang. Dipstick was on side of motor with yellow letters across it. Definitely not going back

Got me right in, didnt try to up-sell me on anything unnecessary. Didnt re-set my gas light for me but I forgot to ask and I was able to figure out how to do it on my own so no big deal.

If you think you need something done, but if you can do it yourself..they will give you the choice and maybe save you some money.

Worst place ever to go, Took my brand new car there April 22nd with only 17,000 miles even on my dash, paid over $100 for an oil change. Change oil soon light came on today June 4th, milage was 18,400, hardly any oil left when I checked no leaks anywhere, that oil is sopost to be good for up to 5000 miles I only put 1400 on it. called the manager his name is Evan said to bring it in they would do another oil change free of charge, because obviously the guys working there are to lazy to do there job correctly, When I got there they said the oil wasn’t low enough, WHAT??? They said Evan the Manger was on break, and refused to fix the issue I was promised.Always went here but I will never be back again, the guys working here do not care about customer satisfaction or your carIf you care about your car love your car DO NOT BRING IT HERE they do not care about your car just your $.NEVER AGAIN.

The oil change was done well and quickly. I dont care for the upsell tactics. Was told there was some transmission fluid leaking on the underside of my car. I took it to my guy and he said nothing was leaking and everything looked fine. They also way under inflated my fiances tire before he hit the road to drive cross country. Anything they try to upsell me will just earn my mechanic more business.

Worst Experience. Staff didnt know what they were doing and completely ruined my car. ONE month of a rental car and thousands of dollars later I finally have a car again after they ruined my engine. They were zero help and would not take responsibility for their mistake. Never again will I go back.

It took two hours to get an oil change. The wait was just crazy and they werent even busy. The employees were real nice and helpful though. Kind of expensive but they took care of everything and even do three top offs on the oil before charging.

I dont live in town and had to rely on Google to choose a car service place that happened to be open when I unexpectedly needed it, and noticed there isnt a ton of online feedback available for places in Newark. Since I saw previous negative reviews from years ago, future customers should know that this location is now a reliable place if you need convenience and good service. The manager was very courteous and provided some advice without pushing upsales too hard, and I was in and out within 10 minutes.

Always fast & professional. It was pretty busy at 21st Street in Newark, Ohio but Todd and Joel had me out in no time.

A bit over priced

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. $70 for a basic oil change, and $90 for their advanced oil change change. Walmart charges only $20 for basic and $40 for advanced. I was shocked when they presented the price to me. I truly believe most people only go there because Walmart has a 3 or 5 hour wait. If they would advertise their price on a sign outside, no one would even drive up to them. Customer service was excellent, the guys were really nice. Its not their fault that corporate sets such a high profit margin. The gentleman even gave me $10 coupon. But it was still $65 after tax. Im shocked they are in business charging so much.

My wife took our Suburban a few months back for a synthetic oil change. A storm knocked power out right after she pulled in, so the manager asked her to leave and when she returned after power was restored let them know what happened and they would give her a free oil change, since they had to kick her out.She goes back the next day, that manager isnt there, guy says the best he can do is 15% off, doesnt get in touch with manager about it and basically called my wife a liar.I call the next day after I hear the story and get the manager, Louis (Lewis?) who says oh you had the suburban? Yeah that was supposed to be free. Why didnt the guys just call me? Says hell call corporate and try to refund the money. When I talk to him again, he says hes unable to get a refund but to just ask for him next time and the next oil change will be free.Fast forward to today, when my wife stops by for next oil change. Tells them about the storm and Louis. Is told Louis doesnt work there anymore and they wont honor it. Twice now my wife has been called a liar to her face by the people working at the time, who offer no customer service whatsoever, even talking to the current manager. Never, ever again will Valvoline anything get our business.
