Subpar car wash... when the factory mentality no one pays attention to detail... and there is ALWAYS a language barrier at these sort of places. You pay for the extras and get the same Ole BS. And the cashiers can NOT COUNT.... poor things. Smh

I made appointment at 7.05 pm. Online, it was confirmed. I arrived at the oil change shop it was closed, it said closes at 8 pm. Online. I was upset because its a business scam just to get your car washed, that’s not right i came from west Orange nj to come here. I find out its all a scam just to say never mind let just get a car wash (its wrong and deceiving.) for a place so good to do this its really upsetting period.

This has been the number one place I get my oil changes and car washes from for the last 3 years. I typically have no complaints. The oil change staff is very friendly, informative, and efficient, as is the car wash staff. However, I had an unsettling experience today where a homeless person who was begging for money while I and other customers waited for our oil changes and car washes. At one point, he was peering into my car and another car next to me while we waited. He was so close that he could have tried to open my car door. None of the employees said anything to him. I went inside to speak with the cashiers, and they, with little concern, stated that he’s there every day. When I shared the same details with them, I was simply met with, “I’ll let the manager know.” While I understand the difficulties businesses may face with situations like this, it still is unacceptable for a business to allow solicitors to get that close to customers’ cars. I hope that they find a way to address this, as it is commonly known that solicitors can attack people. Also, we are in the middle of a pandemic, so this was doubly unsafe and unsettling.

I Tried that Carwash 1 time and they were having 4 wash and detailing packages I decided to do package number 3 which it tells on the receipt, interior and exterior and wheel lubricant. After the wash I toke my car keys and I looked into the gear-shift section it’s as I gives them, and then I run to the cashier and telling them that’s they didn’t clean anything between my shifter. They were telling me it’s what it’s ( disrespectful staff and I politely treating customers ) .

Place gotten really bad since the pandemic I guess the government paying good to this people for the poor job they are performing

I love in orange and was taking care of some business in NEWARK and decided to give my car a wash. Prices was up there. Nothing crazy special. Just another car wash. I got package number 3.

I’ve been coming to this place ever since they opened and after today will not be returning. I usually come during the day and never had an issue. The day time crew has always been super nice. Today I decided to stop by for a quick night wash which requires you to remain in the car. The employee who collected the money and started the initial cleaning process was incredibly rude. I told him that I wanted a wash and tire shine and he got annoyed because I decided specify a service number. While taking my money he did not have his mask on completely covering the nose and he was slamming the broom on the sides while scrubbing my car. I felt very uncomfortable because I was by myself.

The worst car wash. My car with mosquitoes on the bumper and hood, i asked for no inside cleaning and they did it . I complained and they said they couldn’t void the ticket because was done already. Worse ever.

They have their good days and bad days. Sometimes your cars comes out great, but sometimes its actually worse than when ypu drove in. The manager isnt much help, he just tells you its normal and not to worry about it. Today was a bad day. Paid 21 dollars for crap. No tire shine, dirty windows, interior is worse than I brought it. The car came out with foam still all over it and they just dried it into the body and windows. The manager said thats normal for when you get the polish option???

They do not clean your car well at all. Its super overpriced and they have stolen items out my vehicle. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I dont like leaving negative reviews but this place scratched my brand new car. They use cheap materials that break off lodging into the car. They are extremely careless and rush through the wash just to get the next car.

I went to this establishment last night to wash my car. i had never been treated so neglectfully. apparently no employee was willing to assist me with the minimum of education. I hope I never have to return here until your employees are minimally trained

One guy that every time he does my oil change is very nice and 3 other workers talk or dont talk. Treat people, especially in a place of business, with courtesy cuz its your place of employment. I love their night wash. Simple and cheap. Usually no lines. Only problem is I come from lyndhurst due to my custom cars. I think this is the best safest car wash. The only problem is that I just got here and it is closed. I fully understand things happen but last night no notification and tonight at 3am closed with no notification. 5 taxi cab waiting to get in THINKING they were on dinner break or something. Can you please inform us if night wash is over.

This place is pretty good if compared to other car wash services! Read through some of the negative reviews and cant help but notice the sense of entitlement of some over a 20 dollars bill or even a free car wash! Snowflakes.

Pay close attention when you go to wash the carpets of the car because they just throw water quickly and do not rub, after the dry carpet will be dirty in the same way!I went to complain to the manager called Abrahan he ended up hiding, I waited 30 minutes and he didnt show up!Those who solved this problem were the girls at the counter, who were great employees! I thank them very much!

I come in regularly for oil changes on all my cars and love the service from the young lady’s at the desk and well as R who does the oil changes in the back . Recently I had to give them 2 stars because of how I was spoken to by the young man that did my oil change, Jose. He was very rude and cussed at me because I was trying to get Clarity on an extra charge! Very very very unprofessional! After, I was directed to another employee after having the argument with Jose. The man was much kinder and explained the charges better and more clear.

I changed the oil in my car 2x the first one left a small oil leak in my car, I fixed the problem myself, and I had to add more oil to the motorbike due to the leak, the second I changed the oil filter after a few miles the oil light on my car came on, I think that with a filter change, not enough oil, I had to add more oil again, and the problem was resolved, I did a check and there is no leak this second time. this is normal it can happen, but stay tuned .... i will return for the next exchange and explain to those responsible, the service was very good

Poor service very low oil quality. I was about to lose my car engines. I will never come back. Also car wash was not good at all. I will never ever come back and i will let all my friends know about this.

Though a bit pricey, the work is quality and the staff does a great job. Ive been going to Sharp Auto Spa for the last 7 years. I usually get Package 3 or 4 during the day; and Package 3 at night. The staff is extremely friendly. Love that I can purchase air fresheners and other goodies for my car.

Two Thumbs Up! Have been here twice. Each time the cleaning crew performed a thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of my car. I got Package 3 both times and you get phenomenal value for what you pay for. I also really like the spacious store inside. Bought myself a few car scents.Would highly recommend!

TODAY 4/28/19, I spent $80 for an oil change and additional change of my filter. I frequently visit this place for the above services. The services always come with a free complimentary service car wash. Well, today as my car was completing the car wash, the worker refused to dry and clean the interior of the car. I spoke pleasantly to him in Spanish and he refused to clean. I enlisted the intervention of the manager who actually defended the worker and told me “it’s a free car wash so you shouldn’t expect him to.” I reiterated the promotion and ultimately left. While waiting for my oil change to be completed, I observed the cashiers berating a beggar and disrespecting several customers who were African American or African. I hoped that this would change but unfortunately the customer service remains poor and embedded in racism. DO NOT support this place. You deserve a peaceful customer experience!

My vehicle was stolen here on 6.21.2020. It was stolen post the drying process. After reporting it to the staff, they told me that the manager was on lunch and he would come by after. The only thing they told me to do was call the police. I would NOT recommend anyone come here, it is not safe and the employees are negligent. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!

This place is great! I have no complaints as far as car cleaning goes, or anything else at the place for that matter. For a basic wash youll get both the inside and the outside of the car to look like new. Would recommend without a doubt. Do watch out for busy days though, as the quality of the cleaning goes down a bit.

Me and my wife came for a car wash and they did a horrible job! I paid for a full wash and they left the inside of my car filthy. My cup holders still had dirt inside them and not to mention my floors still had crumbs. Looks like they did a half job vacuuming. My rims were filthy they didn’t even bother to clean them just let the machine clean what it could. When I confronted them about my car being dirty they attempted to clean with a rag and still left everything dirty it dirty. And had the audacity to ask me if it’s okay. Obviously it’s not good. I will never come to this car wash again. I might as well clean my own vehicle. Waste of money.

The person drying the car didnt t use the correct towels to dry the car, nor finished. Ran to someone elses car. Poor service.

Although the service is fast, the guys often dont vacuum the trunk and leave water marks when drying.. I come here because its literally the only place in town for a quick wash and are open most of the time.

I been patronizing this car wash for awhile now. The location is perfect . They do a really good job washing the car, you might have to double check when they wipe it dry but aside from that I would recommend them.

Very good service overall but I wouldnt say free wash because theyre charging you for it anyway. A normal synthetic oil change for small car should be around 50 plus dollars not almost 80

Quick. They did a decent job but didnt vacuum that carefully. You have to keep an eye on them when they dry your car as they tend to miss a lot of spots. The machines hit your car pretty hard so I had soap coming out of crevices for miles and my car braked weird for a day or two. But the price is nice.

Cause the car got cleaned decently, not better than that. No complaints either since I only got the most regular $15 wash.I do appreciate the laborers s lot though and give them 5 stars for working hard even while many customers talk trash to and about them. Thats not easy.

I’ve been coming here for 3 year already i alway do package 4 cleaning m. One think I don’t like it is I can tip that clean my car, I like to give tips to everyone, but I think who work a little more is fear to tip them apart.

I’d hate to leave a bad review but when I got my car wash the outside was okay but the inside looked like they rushed to get to the next car and the doors were still dirty and the seats were slightly cleaned but you can notice they are dirty and all the cup holders weren’t even touched, I did not like the work they did at all, Awful 😡

There were several clients inside the facility with no masks on and when i mentioned to the cashier that everyone needs a mask so that everyone side safe she said, “I’m tired of saying it to people all day” so i said yea but the compromise is that everyone is at risk for COVID-19

Went to this place to get a standard oil change, which is usually $20 to $30 dollars. The guy told me it would be $26 plus tax then said $31 plus tax, then told me its actually going to be $45 because my car needs a special oil change done.. I asked him why? And what is so different about my car? He couldnt even tell me.. just told me its a special one and that it would be more money. I have a Pontiac grand am.. what could be so special about it? The macanics were pretty nice but the girls at the desk were rude as hell.

Stay away... protect your car...So.. I took my Alfa Romeo there to be washed and they scratch the lower body and the wheel when they drove it into the wash tracks.. and the worst part NOBODY took responsibility... ....and do yourself a favor... DO NOT GO THERE!!

The car was is free with an oil change but its not an amazing car wash. I had to go behind them. N whatever they used on my windshield left it cloudy. But I couldnt complain too much, it was free after all. The oil change process went quick though
