This was the WORST, WORST nails experience I have ever had. I have been doing my fill ins for about 3 years now every 2 weeks. with out missing a week. I can say I have enough experience as to know what is a good nail place and what is not.to start off my long line of disappoints1. the lady didnt even fully take off my gel nail polish off. I gave her the befit of the doubt. because as Im getting my nails done the rest of the color should come off right ? no, she finished my nails and I still have my old color around.2.my nails are not the same shape. keep in mind I asked for a fill in so my nails are already shaped to my liking. as she does my nails I start to notice that my nails do not look the same shape, I ask her nicely to reshape them. she claims she did but I have coffin square and I dont know what other shape. all at the same time that se is rushing.3. I walk in at 5:41 pm by 5:45 I am told to go to veronica or whatever her name is, chair. by 6:09 she was done, I had even paid. so In under 30 minutes she took off the gel I had on before, put on a nail that had fallen off, fill in, smooth them out, which is another thing my nails are not smooth they are so bumpy, shape them, and paint them with gel. as anyone that has gotten their nails done under 30 minutes is not enough time to do nails the right way.there is so many things I can keep saying. do not I repeat do not go here. the worst I have ever had.

Wonderful service... Covid-19 precautions were taken, staff was courteous and professional... Service was quick and enjoyable. A little bit pricey but you will get your moneys worth.

I went to get a pedicure and the Eyebrow Asked me if I wanted to do my eyebrows, I agreed and when I sat in her chair she basically waxed OFF my whole eyebrows. I went to the manager and told him what happened, he told me I should draw them back on. This is the worst experience of my life I literally shaking while typing this, this is the first time I went to a place of beauty and I came out worse than I look. This is the most horrible experience

WARNING!!! if you have thick eyebrows do not go to this place, I am warning you I have went there many times before. I had beautiful thick eyebrows before going there, they took more than half of my eyebrows and now they are super thin. I will never be stepping foot in this place again. When I came home I was crying because I hardly recognized myself. I absolutely hate my eyebrows. If you want super thin eyebrows like them, then go right ahead. They just love damaging eyebrows. I hate the way I look now. She did it wrong, the shape of my eyebrows are HORRIBLE. I swear im never going again.

The service was good but I paid 35$ for a gel refill and my gel polish starts falling not even 24 hrs after getting them done..... never again

My experience with Princess Nails is that I love the service, professional, clean etc....as you walk in the door they are ready to help you at your service. Ms Lucy my nails look great and the color. Thank you team for a job well done.

My wife went in for a pedicure, I sat next to her because it was early and empty. An Asian woman began to soak then scrub her feet less than 5 minutes, the Asian woman said ok good . My wife said my feet are still rough and pointed to one of the foot files next to the woman and said thats the one they use for my feet . The Asian woman got real angry and said you done you dont need that. Then she got up and began yelling to another Asian woman in a different language . There was another nail worker next to us, my wife said to her whats her problem. The worker said she only does eyebrows she doesnt do anything else she has no customers . The Asian woman came back and said to the worker next to us you shut fxxk up or I fxxk you up. At that point my wife said Im done dont do anything else. The Asian woman said you give me $10.00 now. There are 4 nail salons on this block, will never come back here or recommend this location. Awful service dont subject your self to untrained people just looking to make a buck.

This place is very unprofessional. They price gauge and have a price list that doesn’t match the service they promote. The male technician in Station #2 makes up prices as he goes and is very rude. The other two mail specialist are good and have good customer service. Everyone in the business should have the same work ethic, professionalism and customer service.

The owners wife is friendly, does eyebrows well but the other workers are selective in who they take. One minute they take you as a returning customer, next they try to switch someone else on you. Very unprofessional! That’s not good business at all!!!! Quite distasteful

Absolutely unprofessional. There is a team that comes in at 8:30 or so for eyebrows, which is fine but when there was no one there for eyebrows they don’t take those that have been waiting. In a location where there is a lot of competition, I mean 4 others in a block radius they should be accommodating to all customers. I ended up two stores down at ViVi nails.

If I could give this place a negative review I would their business is not run well at all. I’ve been back and fourth with them for three weeks because a girl that worked or still works their has not been back since she’s done my nails that were falling off all they wanted to do is glue it back. I paid 75 dollars for that?! Every time I go in to try and get my money back no one knows what I’m talking about or they say she’s out. And they say they can’t give me my money back because she gets the whole thing not them. Ridiculous I want my money back and if I have to I will get this place shut down. They don’t even follow any of the boards rules.

They charged 5 dollars more then my usually salon and I have to say it was NOT worth it. The man doing my nails didn’t put a top coat and he always made my nails too thick. I will not be coming back. They made the inside and outside of this place look so nice and fancy but the way they do nails is another story 😂

Very rude and the Spanish women make up their own prices. It looks like to me they rent their chairs. I said thank you, she didn’t say your welcome or anything. She charge me $10 when the sign said $8. I was going to give her a tip anyway but she decided to help herself. She did not understand anything I was trying to tell or and she couldn’t not speak anything else but Spanish and I couldn’t understand her. She really didn’t want to do it because I was only getting a polish change. I will never go back again

Ive been coming to this place to get my eyebrows done since moving to NJ and I refuse to go elsewhere. I LOVE how they use the pencil to fill in your brows to give them the perfect look! Other than that, this place is in the heart of the ghetto and can attract some classless customers. Id never get my nails done here. In and out for me!

LOVE their work atmosphere. The nail techs make you feel welcomed and they are very POLITE. And they also give you feed back on what you want and what they can do to make ur nails stand out. I will keep going.

The place is clean and nicely decorated. The service is very unfriendly and bland. When getting your nails done, it should be an experience. The guy in front made me sit and wait while 2 other women came in after me and he tended to one and told the other one to go to the back. Usually, I dont say anything but I felt so discriminated for no reason.

I use to go to this place a long time ago then I stopped I decided to give them a try again but they have a bunch of new Spanish ladies... They are so disrespectful ughhh and they think no one else understands their language... And they try to go against the prices if you dont understand them you will definitely get ripped off.. Worst nails ever.. I need to go to my usually Chinese guy he does them the best and he follows the prices...I am going to reach out to the better business bearau a d let them what going on there.

I get gel nails ALL the time but this time it lasted about 3 days I was busy do I couldnt go to get it fixed but lordy its jus ridiculous I feel I wasted a whole 13 dollars 5 tip 7 extra for gel. The owner did my nails horribly. The acrylic was extremely too thick and he lied about what type of polish he had. The shape was horrible, it was overall a horrible experience with him. However the only person that I did go to when I was going there was Danny because he does an EXCELLENT job. Not only doing what the customer asks of him but he makes you laugh and feel as though you belong!

Ive been going here for years for my eye brows (cindy) does amazing job!!But today i decided to get a filling. Worst mistake. My nails look horrible.. NEVER AGAIN!!Not only did he refuse to fix my nails but he also told me they look fine..So im currently at another nail salon getting my nails fixed.. A waste of my time and money..If it wasnt for Cindy being there i honestly doubt anyone would go there..So if your going there for anything besides your eyebrows waxing or eye lashes..You will be disappointing..

Spanish lady did my nails real nice and they lasted a while but i LOST my REALfinger nail. I mean the whole thing from the nail bed INSIDE MY SKIN! I had got a new set the arcrylic must’ve been so attached that when i hit my finger, you would think my nail wil chip off or break, the whole thing came off 😪 Been getting my nails done for 10 years never lost my own finger nail til i came here. Pissed !

They starting to stop taking last customer at 545 ..smh when they close at eight pm unless you getting lashes or eyebrows . had me wait 1hr to inform me their leavin came there 2says and roll still no service there 545 -6pm both day. All for a gel pedi and gel maniHelpful?

3 stars only because when i got there a woman started to help me, she told me where to sit and started ti fill the foit tub with water and solution, then an older woman showed up and said its my turn and told me to get up and sit in another seat. The first woman looked hurt and upset and i felt bad for her, she tried to plead but the older asian woman berated her so she relented.
