My husband recently purchased the fountain of youth package for me for Mother’s Day (included: a massage, manicure and pedicure, facial, haircut and color). One of the most expensive things they offer.Sadly, I felt it was a waste of money. The stone massage didn’t feel relaxing to me at all. The stones were hot and there was hardly any pressure applied during the massage.When it came time for my cut and color I had a picture ready of what I wanted. I was extremely excited because I had booked my appointment a month in advance. I wanted a balayage color with a trim because I wanted to grow my hair out. I now have a short hair that is uneven and she did a partial foil highlight because “that’s what she had time for” as I was waiting for my color to set she had the nerve to say to me “I won’t have time to style your hair because I have another appointment at six.”It’s pretty frustrating to not be a valued customer when you spend a substantial amount of money (paid in advance) and to hear you’re just being rushed through and you’re not getting the services you want or think you’re paying for.The icing on the cake for me was when I went to check out they tried to tell me I owed an additional $280. Did I mention I paid in advance? When I told the lady there had to be a mistake she looked at me like I was crazy. Once she “took a closer look” the difference ended up being $53 because I apparently had upgraded services.The only services I genuinely enjoyed was the manicure and pedicure and the facial was great. The ladies took their time and I appreciated them taking care of me.However, I won’t be going back. Simply because this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up doing my hair and I didn’t like how I was treated when checking out.

I wasn’t going to leave a review because I am not one to complain to a business after receiving a service, however I thought it over more and wanted to share my experience because I spent a lot of money. Last year around this time, I went to Nikki who gave me the Bella Eyes package and she was so lovely and did a marvelous job. I wanted to go back to her this year but couldn’t go on the days Nikki was available, so I worked with Kate. I was dissatisfied with the outcome of my service. I didn’t get the Bella Eyes done this time, just the lash lift and tint. Near the beginning of my service, I told Kate eyelash curlers do not work for me. Fast forward to the end of my service and my lashes were not lifted like they were last year. She also said “if eyelash curlers won’t curl your lashes, this won’t either.” I immediately felt like I was treated poorly and wanted to leave as soon as possible. I did not raise this issue at the time because I felt humiliated and wanted to run. Also, I was under the impression lifting solution would work as it did when I was with Nikki. I wish Kate was truthful with me in the beginning.Since Kate did work with me, I tipped her but I still feel like I spent $85 for absolutely no reason. I do not recommend Kate for customer service. I now have barely lifted eyelashes that look like I’ve only put mascara on without any curl and am out $80 from something that could have been avoided had I gotten the truth from the beginning. My fiancé told me I deserved to treat myself because I work very hard and I trusted this salon only to be disappointed .

I had scheduled a lash lift and tint weeks before my appointment, paid my deposit, and was very excited as I had never had a lash lift or tint. I’m 37 weeks pregnant, and was looking forward to having it before I went into labor as a treat to myself. No where on the website did it say they would not perform this service if you’re pregnant. I get there, check in and wait, and taken back to the room to be told they would not do the lift as she had never done a pregnant woman. I offered to sign a release of liability if she was concerned, and told her that I was a nurse, and if I was not comfortable getting the service then I wouldn’t be there. The technician stated it was similar to getting your hair colored while pregnant (which isn’t harmful if you’re in your 2nd or 3rd trimester), I told her I do get my hair colored, and I am comfortable with the treatment, but she said she was not. Hair color and perming is only not recommended during the first trimester due to rapid hormonal changes the fetus is undergoing during development. She offered to still do the eyebrow waxing, but I really wanted the lift and tint to begin with anyways. This is such poor customer service, and discrimination quite frankly. I understand perm solution is not recommended during pregnancy, not because of side effects, but because the relaxer may not be as effective, which again I was willing to take my chances on. Her decision was purely based off of a “Google search” versus actual knowledge on the topic. I usually get my services at another local salon, but wanted to try a new place as they had good prices for this service. I will not be booking anything in the future, and I am frustrated that I took the time to find care for my daughter, and was looking forward to some pampering, just to waste my time, and deposit for nothing. Kate was the technician, and I just feel I had poor customer service all the way around, and wasted my time

I had an appointment tonight with Rachael and it was probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. She was so friendly and professional. I told her my hair struggles and she walked me thru the process from blow drying to styling and even walked out with me after my appointment to help me pick product for my hair. I will definitely be going back

I come in specifically for Tessa. She only works on Thursdays, so you already know I have an appointment scheduled weeks in advance. Shes amazing to say the very least. Extremely knowledgeable and doesnt shy from relaying said knowledge. (Your hair is basically walking advertisment, so she doesnt want you walking around looking wild... At least thats what I get) I appreciate all of her hair tips! As a slight perfectionist, Ive seemed to tame my thick, wild hair, but even so, I learn something from her everytime. Shes always polite and very professional. I couldnt recommend a better stylist. Photos Ive provided show a before and after~

First time in and they exceeded my expectations. The space itself is beautifully decorated and has a very relaxing and friendly feel to it. The stylists are incredibly talented and a joy to talk with. It was a bonus to be offered something to drink while I had my hair done(coffee, tea, wine). This seems like it would be a wonderful place to have a girls spa day or to pamper yourself.

Madison and Melissa do my nails and they are both super friendly and wonderful! Highly recommend!

I just had my second appointment at Bellezza Spa. The first one- massage and eye lash lift/tint. The second one- massage and pedicure. This has been my first experience at a spa and with these services, and they were both amazing and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dominique did my massage both times, and I highly recommend her! Excellent service.

My daughter and I both went for color and style. We were ok with style, not so much with color. Also not happy that stylist repeated to other customers my business. Not very professional😞

Wow! Really amazing spa, salon, nail place!Went to their annual anniversary celebration and had free services, food, snacks, drinks, and things to showcase what they can do. This is a 5 star place, better than many of Granvilles elite spa, massage or salons could offer. People drive from 30 miles away to come here, appoints booked full up many weeks in advance which speak of the quality they give, including friendly customer service with a family at-home feel to it! My wife loved it and made it a sweet Christmas & Birthday gift for future spa plans- come here and make your wife insanely happy with you- Thanks, Bellezza!

Was bought a gift for my birthday and Valentines Day. I got my haircut and I absolutely love it. Got home and Denny loved it. What a surprise! Then I did a massage, then a facial and then I got a manicure and pedicure. If you have not been here you should call and make an appointment. When I was there, each time I was greeted and treated like I was a princess. All my pain and worries left for awhile. When leaving I felt beautiful and great!

I had my first pedicure appt. with Taylor at Bellezza - my toes needed a major spruce up before I head to the beach this month. Taylor was prompt, friendly and did a great job on my toes. We picked a polish color together and I love the results. I was so happy with the results, Ive booked my next appointment for April and I included my daughter, too. Great experience - great nail expert!

I spent an entire morning at Bellezza Salon & Day Spa, it was the most relaxing day Ive had in a really long time. Hot stones, stylish manicures, and pampering...whats not to love? I highly recommend you treat yourself and book an appointment ASAP! Cannot wait to spend another day here!!

I gave Bellezza 5 stars because I cant find anything to complain about. Ive been having pedicures there for sometime now and have always had excellent service in a clean, comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Everyone Ive encountered there has been friendly and professional.

I love Bellezza Spa, but I will not tolerate being made to wait 15 minutes after a set appointment time. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I booked ahead of time to have a friend and my haircut at the same time. They double booked us on one person and then they were 15-30 minutes late starting my appointment. While someone else was washing my hair the person was still with the customer before me. I continued to wait after they washed my hair. When I was finally done it was over an hour from my friends scheduled appointment time and she just cancelled and we left. I love going here the people are nice and services rendered are good, but they have no respect for keeping on schedule, or their customers time. I respect their time by showing up early for my appointments, now they need to return the favor. I would hate to stop coming here, but I pay good money for the service, and feel that should be reflected in the experience.

Spent an afternoon with my Mom and sister here for my sisters birthday. She and I had a pedicure with a paraffin wax dip. Tawshia and Stephanie were fantastic. My mom had a manicure by Taylor, chair massage by Rhonda and got her hair cut by Ellie. Great atmosphere and fantastic professionals. So glad we found this spa last year.

I absolutely love Bellezza Salon and Spa. I have multiple services done there on a regular basis and have always been happy each time that I leave. I tend to schedule appointments at the last minute and not only am I accommodated into their schedule, but I am happy with each employee that I deal with. Lisa has a great business going and it is such a benefit to have an organization like this in Newark! I refer everyone I know to Bellezza.

I had no idea this gem existed in Licking County! I live in Granville and typically travel quite a distance to go to a popular day spa in the Columbus area. Belezza offers all the same services, atmosphere, and amenities as the big city guys, but all in Newark! And their staff is MUCH more pleasant and personable! :) The building is quite deceptive from the outside. It is modest in appearance, but when you walk inside youll discover how bright, modern, and beautiful the space really is. Ive driven by this building probably 100+ times and never even knew it was there! I had a classic pedicure with Taylor and she did a beautiful job! I walked away with refreshed, relaxed feet and now I have a new day spa!

Stephanie Fulk takes care of my nails like they belong to a queen....shes so particular about getting every detail just right....and yet she can get me in and out on my lunch hour. The front desk is never friendly, which I don’t understand at all. They always seem annoyed to be there. I had a massage with Dominique and do not recommend. She talked the entire time and asked very awkward and inappropriate questions! When I go to get a massage, it’s because I want to relax, not feel uncomfortable. I won’t be back.

1st time. Very friendly and professional.

Had a classic manicure done ($25!), but should have done it myself at home for free. Tori displayed zero customer service skills and did not even do her job well. My nails came out filed unevenly and the polish job was horrid. The nail polish was applied visibly very unevenly, with some areas being darker than others. Consequently, those areas did not dry properly and were scratched before I even left the salon. Even the front desk lady recognized the unacceptable job and gave me a $10 coupon, but I will not be coming back, so no use in that.

I love this spa! So many services to choose from with well trained ladies. I wish I had found it years ago.

Tawshia Baker does my pedi & manicures regularly. She does amazing work! Shes very creative & gentle. Everyone there is so friendly. Its a lovely place to spend some down time being pampered! I highly recommend it!

My daughter and I went together for pedicures and were treated wonderfully. We were on a tight schedule and they were accommodating and we had a great time with our nail technicians.

What can I say...the spa is beautiful but most importantly the services are great and the people are professional and friendly. My stylist, Cassity Baker is a pro and has given me the best haircuts always. When I leave there I always look and feel great.
