Beautiful work! My tech was careful and took his time to give me exactly what I wanted.

Always a wonderful experience here. They are all VERY good at their job and its a fun and very busy place to be. Its best to make an appointment and well worth the money.

A month ago I thought they were good. But they are the worst place to deal with. First I change my time from 3 to 6 3 weeks in advance and when I got there they accused me of not changing it. They finally gave me someone. They used goopy gluie nail polish. I tip 10. That night the nail chipped. I had a wedding reception for my son and wife in a town 1 and half hours away and had to leave by 1130. I got ahold of them that morning and they refused to fix my nail before the reception. No one in town could help. I had to go to the reception with a crappie nail. They dont stand behind work. I understand they have customers but they didnt understand the urgency of why this had to be fixed immediately. They said it have to be in afternoon but I explained I wouldnt be in town. They ruined my day. As you can see it not very big but too me it was.

I got an ombre dip and a pedicure and my girl got the gel polish. Super professional and sweet. My nails were around 50, toes 50, my daughters was 25. Pretty reasonable prices

Ne is my mail tech and she is great at her craft!! I just love her work!!!

My prom nail apt was at 3:30 and I arrived five minutes early and my person is just starting on someone else. I find it odd but I sat down knowing I was running it close to my next appointment as it was. Then it was 4:47 before he even came over. I made a nail appointment time for 4:30 and understand being a couple mins behind but waiting almost 20 minutes is crazy. I come here often and it’s not the first time!

Hands DOWN, best nail place I’ve ever went to! I called and they got me in within a couple hours. Lee did my ombré nails and he did a fabulous job, he didn’t let me leave until I was happy. All of the staff were super friendly and made sure to make feel clients comfortable. I drove 45 minutes to check this place out and it was well worth the drive!

Was ok. .kinda expensive charge 10$ for gel polish and ladt tech us quite unfriendly

Within 1 week one of having my nails one of them came off. Just a few days later another nail came off!! I never get my nails professionally done so I personally was very excited and it is very upsetting that not one but two of my nails came off and completely ruined my natural nails.

It is fantastic. They do a wonderful job. Chin is my nail tech she is the greatest. Mu nails always look great.

This is a fabulous place to get a pedicure and nails done! I tried the new dip nails and really like it! The crew is very friendly and know what they are doing! I leave feeling great!

Great family owned business. Been coming here for 7 years. Very clean and following sanitizing procedures. Great service and best nails/nail art.I moved away from Newark but drive 35 min just come here. They remember your name and treat you lile family. Love this place!

For one they made 3 of my fingers bleed, taxed us by $20 messed up my middle finger it’s all crooked, one of the female workers swung the little wall thing that is up for social distances she pushed it and it hit me. I do not recommend going there. I will NEVER go there again!

I have been going here almost 2 years. Its a great Welcoming place. There are a couple staff that are rude, but the ones that arent are my favorite ever getting my nails done. It is pricey but thats the cost of glam! Maybe a price chart that sums up your total first would work. Its never fun getting back surprise high total. I love my nails every time but maybe once..

Great service and best massage for the pedicure. I walked in but it was a slow Tuesday. I can see how you might need a reservation on more popular times. Best place in town! Strongly recommended

It was the absolute worst worst place I have ever got my nails done in my life!! Very very very very rude. I waited an hour an half told them I wanted a full set. They then tried to give me a powder manicure because it was close to closing time. Then got rude multiple time because I didnt pick a color and told her in the beginning I wanted red and blue. She made me feel very small and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone ever!!!!

Wasnt the worst pedicure Ive had thats for sure but considering I paid $38 it was no where near the best pedicure Ive ever had. She skipped basic steps Ive always seen nail stylists do and charged me a extra $2 for have two different nails polishes. Regular nail polish..not gel or anything. On top of that she didnt tell me I was being charged until it came time to pay. Ive been getting 2 different colors for years and have never been charged extra.If someone who reads this can reccomend a nail salon in Lawrence thats better than this place please do because I really dont want to go back here

I liked my balance, but disappointed at the price, I saw on the price options that its 30 for balance but..... they have an and up after it, so I ended being quoted a price of 37!!! I was very put back, I did tip the gentleman but I wont be going back. Ill stick to perfect nails, at 28.00 for a balance.

Went to get my nails done for the VERY first time and i had 4 different designs and whoever that did my nails couldnt do any, people keep telling me my nails look horrible and so now i have to get them redone.. Then its was a extra $9 because there were glitter on my nails. Never going again.

I have had my manicure and pedicure at envi nails for 3 years with good results until the last visit in March, I was very disapointed .Today I took my granddaughter to get nails for a special event . Her nails are a disaster!!!$ 65.00 wasted !!!

Went there for a balance & cut downThey left polish all over my skin & they were not shinny at all. Was very unsatified !They are cheap. But in this case you get what you pay for. I wont go back.

I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment for 5:30pm. They recommended that I change it to 5pm even though I dont get off of work until 5 so I bent over backwards to get out early to make my appointment on time. When I got there at 5, they did not tell me it would be a wait and there was a full salon. After waiting 20 minutes, the nail tech told key someone will help me soon. After another 20 minutes they had let 5 others go in front of me (not sure if they all had an appt) I remind the nail tech that Ive been waiting for 34 minutes and after another 5 minutes I finally get in. Dont expect to get in on your appointment time.

Well when u go to call them to schedule and appointment they give u your price of what u pay when u get your nails done. I was told 32.00 and after all was done I was told 40.00. I will continue to go to Queen nails where they are friendly and actually talk to u.

A balance is about the same price as a full set. This is ridiculous. They dont talk to you unless they know you and seem to be very rude. My nails are growing with my set and I told her to let them grow and she cut them and my nails with her tool anyway. This place is ridiculous!!!!

My white tips..look ridicelous! Salon refused re-do or adjustment. Suggested i repaint over the amateur work. Hasnt been a week, 2 already broke off. Go to Newark Nail...

Twice I have gone in and waited for 1/2 hour for them to tell me to come back in another 1/2 or hour. It’s one thing to tell you when you walk in but to make you wait, then call your name and ask you to come back in an hour. Never going back!

Rude technician, did my nails the way he wanted not the way I wanted and they cant get you out the door fast enough! Wouldnt even CONSIDER going back... Do yourself a favor and keep on driving to the next place!

So very disappointed. Uneven nails, nail lifting at cuticle and top coat peeling 🙁 When I called the man kept interrupting me to tell me it isnt their fault. The charged me $10 extra dollars on top of that. Never going back.

The guy that did my nails was in a rush to get somewhere and kept slamming my hands on the table and hurting my nails. He was very mean and would get impatient if I couldnt hear him. When I didnt put my hand up to the lamp fast enough he shoved my hand on the BURNING lamp. Never going again.
