Horrible place. They booked an appointment for 1 pm with Tracy. At 1 10 I am told I still have to wait 20 mins and no one has the manners or courtesy to talk to customers.This woman is just sitting there and not even lifting her head to talk while I am waiting there. The place wasnt clean either and no concept of using sterilized instruments.Dont waste your time and money here.

This is was my first time doing acrylics and Tracy was great! She was patient, caring & gentle and did a wonderful job. Both my sister and I are super happy with the results! The price was great, too!

Owner does not keep scheduled appointments! they should have someone scheduling appts who speak and understand English. returning customers should not be turned away because the owner books appointments incorrectly. that’s bad business

Absolute rip off. Techs do not know how to do a simple coffin shape. Nails are wavy, had to be telling the tech several times to LOOK! and file the nails properly. The prices are as they are the best in the game when in reality they’re a 5/10.Don’t waste your time if you want long nails hun.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for over 6 months and I love Katie. She is very sweet and is super attentive and faithful to her loyal customers. I always make an appointment with her because of the walk-in chaos and she sticks by them.

I have been going here for a while because of Tracy, and Katie! Their work is honestly my favorite, they know what they are doing and always make sure you are happy. HOWEVER, I will no longer be going here! I asked for a mani and pedi for my sister and the lady not only went ahead and did work on her that was NOT asked for by me, she did the most horrible acrylic work EVER! As the adult in the situation she should have asked me if it was okay for her to do the work and not have asked a little kid! After 3 days, the acrylic nail fell off and the nail polish which was suppose to be GEL started chipping! I am so disappointed and beyond upset that I wasted money on a service that I did NOT ask for and on top of that horrible work that didn’t even last 3 days!

Price is never the same. Ive been here at least 5 times and each time Ive been charged a different amount for the same service. Some nail techs are better than others but unfortunately Ive never had the same one twice. They dont follow appointment times very well, its first come first served. Regardless, the prices are cheaper here than most other nail salons so Ill be back, Ill continue to take that chance that next nail tech will be better than the last.

Be careful who they assign to do your nails. They assigned me a lady with no experience. All of my nails were crooked and when I kindly asked for a new nail tech she got upset and gave me attitude and refused to do any other services to me when asked. I’m sorry but I am not paying to be someones guinea pig. That’s what internships and beauty school is for.

They shouldnt even get the single star! Stood waiting for over 15 min to have someone finally speak to me, then someone acknowledges me and walked away never to be seen again, another client walk in and be attended to while Im still being ignored...had to finally leave. I guess they dont like to do pedicures only...AWFUL SERVICE, AWFUL ATTITUDE...

The only reason I went here to so my nails was because of my usual spot i get my nails done was closed for renovations. I looked through the reviews to see who I should get my nails done by and saw multiple say tracy but she isnt what people say. She took two hours to get my nails done just for a filling and had a hard shaping my nails into stilettos. I already had them in the shape I wanted and she messed it up. It was crooked when she finished. Overall shes a nice lady but her performance isnt worth a tip.

This is the best nail place in Newark, they do a great job. Timmy is my favorite, he does a wonderfulJob, and he is very attentive to details. Very clean place, the owners she is quite nice.

Not a fan. We had three in our party, called ahead and was told to come in at 2:30, they didnt end up seeing us until after 3 and after seeding to other people before us. I got one of the worst pedicures of my life, no massage or anything just a quick nail trim polish and then when I asked for oil on my nails instead of Polish the woman said shes never even done that before as I look over and the woman next to me is having oil put on her buffed nails. I do not recommend this place and will never come back. I do understand that they were very busy but I feel that they should have let us know that when we called rather than telling us that they could accommodate us at 2:30 when that was obviously not the case. I do give them to stars because they had a tremendous selection of nail polish and I like the way that they had you pick the nail polish out by looking at nail samples rather than a wall of nail polish.

The girl who did my nails talked to her coworker throughout my entire pedicure. When she did my nails it was as if she never did nails in her entire life. On top of it all she had an attitude!! Be careful who does your nails when you go.

Dao was amazing today she is very caring and friendly i go to this location every two weeks to get my nails on point and feet and today was my first time with her. This time I have a injured finger due to an accident i told her before we started . She took her time and she was so gentle working carefully around my pinky finger she did and amazing job handling my annoying self . She even gift me some of her fingers cap . She is so sweet and friendly she won my heart with her care towards me . i ask for her name because she needs to be recognized And i will be definitely asking for her everytime i go ☺️☺️☺️☺️for her amazing job and excellent costumer services.Great job Dao

I go because it is close and fast, but not anymore. They used a nail file on my toes last time that was clearly used before. Everything should be sterilized or new!! The one guy used the shaver for dry skin and took so much off of the bottom of my foot that it was raw and in pain my whole week on vacation. There has to be cleaner options!

This place deserves 1 star. I had been going to this Salon for a few months then wavered due to the lack of cleanliness and customer serice then returned for one day since the new salon I found happened to be booked. On this day I decided to make it a day with my mom and offered her a pedicure. After waiting several hours to be serviced I noticed that the woman doing my mother’s pedicure was looking annoyed due to trying to multitask an and took several breaks to do eyebrows, a manicure and was bothered by my mother’a instructions to be careful with one of her toes as she had an injury on a certain toe. The woman then proceeded to speak in her language and i noticed my nail tech ( who was professional ) look down and did not want to engage in the rant ! The pedicurist then got up and decided she was upset and went to work on someone else without discussing or otherwise having the decency to communicate with my mom( although she had a lot to say in her language)I then got up and proceeded to ask what the problem was and when her tone was off I got up and got my mother out and let her know she was completely out of line and needed to learn some decency. Ironically she was the owner or at least in charge that day, my nail tech apologized, although she was the most professional one. Never again !! Do not go to this salon even if it’s a last resort! Go where your time is respected and the techs are professional.

Horrible job. DONE BY WANDA. She was in such a rush to help the next customer being that I had an appointment, which she shouldve taken her time with. If Im paying for my service, I dont care if there is 10 people waiting. I am paying, and I made an appointment. NEVER AGAIN. ABSURD.

Giving this place no stars at all. I thought I had found a great place to go do my nails & it backfired. I paid almost $90 for a set of ombre coffin shaped nails, one broke the very next day. The girl made them so thin, it broke off as I was picking up paper at work, how ridiculous 🙄 I went back to get it fixed & they used a different shade of white. Then another one broke off the following day, went back to get it fixed & the guy gave me an attitude, put on the wrong shade of white so now I was walking around with two crazy looking nails, paid an extra $10 ($5 per nail) & now, not even two weeks later, my thumb nail just broke as I was washing the dishes. This is ridiculous. So much money spent on bad service, thin/easily breakable nails & I have no choice but to look somewhere else or walk around with broken nails. My boyfriend loves to see my nails and feet done & once he saw my broken nails he was very upset, knowing we both spent so much money (he pays for my nails, I tip) Never going there again, I do NOT recommend!!!
