They never came back to the phone after eating 10 minutes more for support . They never called back either. Take no responsibility for this terrible phone they sold me.

๐ก๐ฌ๐๐ฝon Dec.5th 2020.. I purchased a TV..SOUNDBAR..AND SPEAKERS and have been Patiently waiting for them to install. I was scheduled 3 appointments ..TWICE THEY DIDNT SHOW UP! Today was the 3rd appointment and STILL MY TV SITS IN THE BOX! Patrick from the geek squad came and left without saying he was leaving or that he wasnt mounting the TV!!!๐ฌ THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ๐๐ฝ
Been waiting well over 2 hours for a return that was suppose happen 18 minutes after I put myself on the call back list. What a joke!!!
This people make me wait for a appointment 6 weeks to fix my tv at home and when they get here without even touching the tv they want to make me buy the geek squat warranty and make another appointment to diagnose the tv and see if they can repaired which donโt make sense to me because Iโve been waiting 6 weeks for nothing Bs๐ก๐ก donโt call them.
This store I never really had any issues with and has always worked with me on returns, figuring out connection layouts, and finding what I need as obscure of products I search for since I do Livestream entertainment. Some employees (2 or 3) lack knowledge on computers, television hardware, item locations (despite that being their department) theyre trying to do there job. Help in any manner they can which is understandable
Beyond disappointed and frustrated with Geek Squad. I took my computer in at the end of August because of a cracked screen. I was told they could fix the screen but they had to replace the camera too. It came back within 2 weeks but when I went to pick it up, the computer screen was fixed but there was a weird back light at the top of the screen and the picture kept flickering. When the tech tried the camera though he was unable to access it and then the screen started doing crazy things. He eventually realized that they camera was not in the slot and had fallen out of place. The tech acknowledged the computer should have had a more thorough review before it was sent back. I was told they would expedite the process and overnight the computer back to the repair center. I was furious because I was expecting to have my computer back but regardless it was sent back. Several weeks later I called to check on the status of my computer, because I was told it would be expedited and put at first in line to be fixed since they screwed it up, and I was told by the manager she explained plainly that the expediting was the overnight shipping to the tech shop and after that they have no control so it will get done when it gets done, which is not what was explained to me. So now I am still waiting on my computer because the repair shop screwed up weeks. I expected to have my computer back weeks ago and the response I got about this issue is beyond ridiculous. After 2 months of this nonsense I finally get a call from the branch manager saying my computer is back but they could not fix it because the part is our of stock all of a sudden (the same part they had been waiting for a month and a half for) she backed up my computer and gave me a 75$ gift card form my inconvenience which I greatly appreciated. The following morning I got a call from a tech saying I can come pick up my computer, but now she adds that the computers system board was bad and that is why it came back to which I told her I will be there later because this is the 3rd new story. When I arrive at the Christiana Best Buy I asked for a manager to sit in on the conversation which he promised he would, but he walked away and never returned nor did he send a different manager to assist. During my conversation with the tech he could not explain what was going on with the system board which made no sense since I only sent it in to have a the touch screen replaced. After about 30 min or so another manager came over and began to get caught up. After multiple back and forths they apparently realized that the tech who did the backup made a clerical error in his reporting and the computer was fine. So I had to spend an extra hour and cause much family issues because of being there so long for no reason at all. They apologized but at that point apologies were and still are not enough. I have no assurances that my computer is back to normal or that there really isnt a system board issue. I have never been around such absolute incompetence and I am still pissed to this day. Please be cautious with this group.
