These guys have repaired two desktops and a laptop for us have always had top notch work and this one was back to me in just over a week. Unit needed new power supply, boot drive and new data drive was clean of all dust and back running today. Highly recommend this local business.

Only bought a cable from the store but had a lot of questions for setting up a gaming pc as it’s my first time. The staff there were very friendly and took the time to explain to me everything that I needed in a clear way. Excellent customer service.

Worse place ever. My MacBook died on me when covid started and its been over a year and nothing. I think at this post it has been sold as refurbished. I feel they should have reached out and been honest. I know it wasnt an easy repair. However at this point I dont think they will ever call.Today us now 7/13 and I have yet to hear from Frank. I just like my device returned not even interested in the repair. He said hed contact me after the 28th.Today is now August 5th and I have yet to hear from Frank. Ive called a few times and have been hung up on. I dont want them to fix by device just want it back please save your time and hard earned money bc they cant repair a Mac Boon Pros motherboard.Frank its now 8/19/21 I still have jot received a call from you and also no one answers the phone. I will be in Saturday morning to pick up. DONT FIX IT!

Took my laptop in because the corner of the bezel was popping off. The man said it would cost $219 replace because he had to order the part. Received it back and the work was not great. The corner was still popping off AND the computer alignment was off. The man who fixed it claim the issue would go away. In addition my touchpad no longer worked free I received my item. I was advised by computer services at my job to send it in to lenovo for a diagnostic.Well I learned today that not only did the or even replace any part for my screen but they messed up the touchpad which will be another costly repair. On top of that I showed the diagnostic team the pictures of my original damage and they said that should be been a below $50 fixed. So I now have to decide I’m willing to spend another nearly $200 to fix a problem that this business created and ripped me off for. Definitely stay away and use some other company.

Please dont take your items herethey lie to you they say one price and when you there to pick up your items they say another price plus you give them a dam deposit...and the man is so dam rude will never go back .....

Below was my original 5 star review, which I am retracting. I wrote that review as part of a deal I made with Frank, the owner. Long story short, he tricked me twice, once to take my money and now again to write this 5 star review. Details below.I walked into this store with a game controller (a flight sim throttle), hoping to get it repaired. They said they would give it a try, and told me the cost would be $60 to diagnose and repair the issue. I got a call that it was repaired and ready for pickup. When I went to the store, they tried to charge me extra for the repair. Fair enough... maybe it required a lot of labor and valuable materials? But when I asked what he did to repair it, he admitted all he did was clean it out, but he assured me it was fixed. When I went home, I discovered it was still broken. So I had essentially spent $60 for him to dust my throttle. I went back to him and explained the situation and my dissatisfaction, and tried to make a mutually beneficial deal with him. The deal was I would write him a 5-star review and in return I would get $60 in store credit, which I planned on using to buy a hard drive (which he has laying around everywhere of his trashed-out store). He said he was unable to sell me any of those hard drives but he would have a new one for me soon. He said one would still cost me extra when I came to get it, despite the fact that $60 could easily get you a 1TB HDD on amazon. Still, I hoped to at least recover some of my loss. A month went by before I finally returned to get the hard drive. To my disbelief, he said he hadnt gotten one yet and when I asked, he refused to give my money back. I didnt believe him, but decided it wasnt worth an argument, and I just nodded and left my number. Now another month has gone by with no phone call. I dont think he ever intended to honor our deal. I think he thinks hes gotten my money and my helpful review and has made it away scot free. Well, you havent. Im changing my review here and will take a few hours one day to report this business to the BBB and anywhere else I can.Original 5-star Review: --Professional and fair. My daughter (UD student) dropped off her computer due to liquid damage. Had us back up and running as soon as the parts came in. Even dealing with the Covid Pandemic they had it working good as new. Excellent service!

This place is awesome. Came to look around, and their very knowledgeable and helped me dodge some big landmines on my build. Cool place, just probably not the #1 place to go for any apple related things, their obviously not very apple-y. But overall, amazing!

Repaired my mac computer after severe liquid damage - works even better than before! I highly recommend them.

They put an anti virus program on my finances computer and cleaned it, but the computer is running slow and that anti virus scanner was the wrong one and they should of checked everything before they gave it back. Anyone can sound knowledgeable but work backs up talk. Wont go back ever again. Got my homie fixing my computer now

Second Source has been an invaluable asset over the past year for me! After investing in a new laptop I had some issues with getting drivers installed properly and getting my system up to where it should be. Nate was a huge help in getting my laptop to where it is today! Frank is the owner and he was very kind and understanding through the whole ordeal.10/10 would recommend to any one with computer troubles or needs!

The power jack on my laptop broke. So glad I went here. Was fixed in 2 days. Man and young lady that works there are very mechanically inclined and knowledgeable. They have even fixed scientific instruments there too. I was very impressed.

Ive been going here for years. Theyve done a great job with, not just the computers I am not so careful with on a daily basis, but all of my other devices too. Saved me a whole lot of time and money, taking laptops that were running slow and falling apart and made them work like new. In some cases, they offered to modify things to make them better! These guys are great. Always my go-to for electronics help.

Not only was Frank able to assist us with a repair, but he also was not wearing a mask as required when assisting my family member and handling our device. Irresponsible businessman.

A friend recommended this place to me. The employees are very willing to help, but dont seem really knowledgeable about Apple products. The screen on my iPad was replaced at a reasonable price. I want to shop at small or independent businesses when I can.

So these madmen fixed a completely cracked screen, destroyed mic + camera, touchpad that didnt click, and replaced my keyboardonly reason its not 5 stars is because the right side of my keyboard is sticky as heck, which includes the power button, backspace key, enter key, and shift key, along with most of the arrow buttons. these are pretty integral and were working fine when i brought it to the place. 400 bucks tho

This place has some nice things here, but make sure you know what they will and will not buy from you. They dont accept everything.

For a small store they had a great selection of electronics. I walked in, was quoted a great price, and walked out with a monitor including all the necessary cables to hook it up when I got home. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be shopping here again.

VERY dissapointing. The employees did not listen to what we asked for. They assummed that they knew what we were talking about better than we did and we were just asking for the wrong thing. The guy brought the cord out that he thought we were really asking for. We had to explain that this was not the correct item and not what we were asking for. This is very frustrating and insulting. The store was filthy, trash everywhere. It looked more like a teenagers bedroom then a place of business.

I came here over other places because of all the five star reviews.When I walked in, the salesmen did not greet me or ask me what I needed. I was coming in to sell my slightly used new laptop that was still in the box mind you (I even had the receipt on my phone and photo ID, if they needed to see it.)When a man came into the store while I was waiting for one of the salesmen to look at my laptop with his laptop and cord in his hands, him and the other salesman both stopped what they were doing, smiled, greeted him, and immediately addressed his needs.They only offered me $80.00 for my barely used 17 Lenovo. He pretty much expected me not to take it, saying Well, try private listings.Maybe they were having an off day. *shrug shoulders* But it was definitely NOT a pleasant experience.

The actual best computer repair store I have encountered. Real live humans who take a vested interest in fixing your problems.At the time I worked for a company that was producing a board game. They bought a huge yeti printer that had a bunch of problems. So Nate tore it apart, frankensteined together a new one with parts he had and it worked.He didnt stop there, the .PSD for the board game was printing horribly and he went in and fixed the colors to make the game pop, thus giving it a chance to succeed.Frank, the owner, is second to none, he enables all of this to happen, jumps in and gets in there with his employees in terms of fixing things. And there is nothing too out there for them, if you want something fixed, or modified, or enhanced they will do it, and try to give you the best rate possible.
