I had Shacks Mobile Service come to my residence at the prompt time they scheduled me. They were very nice and professional. They went straight to work and after it was done it looked like I just took it out of a show room! The attention to detail was phenomenal and would definitely recommend. I will be having them come detail my car at least once a year if not more! Also price is very reasonable and quality/attention to detail is top notch!

Came on a cold Saturday morning. Did an awesome job. I did not think it was going to come as clean as it did. They did great. Will definitely use them again and refer friends and family.

I got screwed out of $100 and basically NOTHING done to detail my car! I have pics and sent them to Sam. Sam said he would make it right and redo it as he let his “boy” do my vehicle or not do it I should say and even Sam said it looks like he didn’t do anything from the Pics. I am Very busy working nights and had to have the vehicle in the shop twice and was very sick so I couldn’t just walk it over to him the next day to have him redo and he knew that as I said so. Chose him out of convenience as well. He’s now changed his tune and won’t do anything. So basically he did a $5 job I could do at the car wash and pocketed the $100! I have pics and the convo between him and I. I didn’t make a stink because he said he’d make it right and has changed his tune. Don’t let his “boy” touch your car because that’s who he let do mine and basically did nothing to it! Funny thing is he did a great job on my other vehicle a few days earlier and then looks like he didn’t even touch this one! Very dissatisfied!😡
