Dont come here anymore.. The old lady doesnt remember the appointments and cant differentiate between an appointment and walk-in.Shes unable to cut the hairs properly as well and need constant reminder.

They dont plow hair off after the cut. Cut was good ... Price too high for service. Wont go back

Showed up 20 mins before appointment, a person walks in along with me who doesn’t have any appointment, but ends up getting haircut before me. While I sit and wait. Will leave it to you to decide if this salon serves the purpose of “booking “ in advance.

The manager in charge on Sunday 08/01/21 was very rude. If she is having a bad day she should take off. Not vent it on customers. We came back without getting a haircut. Don’t recommend this place for parents taking their kids.

I gave SuperCut a second chance, and I gotta say - it’s really bad and overrated.

She was not helpful at all. I showed her a picture 3 times and she left it nothing like what I showed her instead she made it super short and ruined my hair.

I have used super cuts for the last 25-30 years moving from one location to the next to keep the same stylish, now sadly I must say that super cuts has dropped the ball. The shop where I got my cuts was damaged in all this protest (bay fair mall) closed the doors and disappeared with out a warning, changed the number with no way to contact them. Super cuts has really let me down, I can no believe they would do a thing like this. The rating I gave is what they use to be now its a zero.

This had been my go to location for years. New owners have changed drastically the feel, no help for stylists, poor organization leads to negative experience. I have had no issue with those working at this location.

Alwayys make appointment/sign in online.Cut is always what I request.Wish the Stylists had name printed on recipients... then would remember who to request next time :-)

Loved my cut with Latifa today. She also did a great job styling. The Kenra hairstyling product she used was also awesome and really smoothed out my frizzy, coarse silver hair.

I got a solid haircut, didnt have to wait in line, the lady was really nice, and I didnt spend a lot of money. What more do you really want from an affordable barber shop? If youre looking for a quick hair cut go here.

Very attentive and helpful staff. One of the few haircut places I’ve been to that go a bit above and beyond the make sure you get the best haircut experience.I’m pretty easy and only ask for a 3 on the top and a 2 on the side but they’ll go as far as to recommend certain blades, styles, and talk me through the process to make sure it’s looks exactly as I want.I always leave feeling like they did a better job then what I originally asked for

Customer service was fantastic, good conversation. However, when I pay someone else $20 to do my haircut, I expect to get a better job than I would give to myself. I go to a barber shop to get a haircut, not for conversation. I asked for a mid-taper, and the lady cutting my hair didnt even know what that was. She ended up getting me a sloppy mid-bald fade and didnt even bother blending the back. This is my second time around, and this cut was even worse than the first. Definitely wont be coming back here.

Just scheduled an appointment and they said come in, no wait. Awesome! I just got a bad haircut at another place and I wanted them to clean it up.Nope.Apparently the stylist Doesnt know what a mohawk with a high fade is and shaved the back of my head, effectively removing the mohawk.I have been coming here for maybe 15-20 years. They didnt even care. No compensation, hardly a sorry, just oh I thought you just said high fade.Olivia is a good hairstylist here, thats about it. I want my hair, time and money back Supercuts!!!!

Very bad hair cut experience. Before going to this place you may have knowledge on their scissors sizes. They work like robots without any sense.

Very bad service. Very frustrating. Too long wait, and unfair waitlist management by receptionist.I was waiting with my 7 year for an hour, there were 2 number ahead of me. For each customer they were taking 20+ mins, which I felt very slow and there were only 2 barbers.I was waiting for an hour for the 2 numbers to finish. Few more guys came meanwhile. Both spot got free, suddenly a barber directly called a guy who came after me, maybe they knew each other. For second spot receptionist gave preference to another guy who also came after me. When I asked, I was told they had called (really?). If that is the case, then at least one spot should be reserved for drop in people. Why I was not made aware of these other appointments when I had put my name in waitlist?The receptionist was not barber, not sure how they can afford to keep a non-barber, unmanaged and unfair receptionist.I just walked out of the place to never walk in again.My kid was very unhappy as he wanted to get haircut, instead faced boring 1 hr waittime.What a disappointing service for such big name!

They treat you well and cut well, but the wait times are always so long!

Booked an appointment after calling them, arrived 5mins early only for them to say that it would take another 30mins wait time.

This is the worst hair place ever they messed up my hair line and I told them a two but she cut it with a 1 and a half they made my hair line side ways my hair just looks horrible and I would never recommended this place they just dont know know to cut hair

Kind of old lady told me I had 5 mins waiting, she took 15 to talk with a customer about her sons soccer team while I was there sitting down and waiting, thats without mentioning her terrible attitude. I just left without a haircut, Im not putting my money there.
