Last minute cancelations will always discredit any business, booked an appointment a week in advanced for knotless braids paid the 50$ deposit for 24 hour cancellation wasnt notified until 2 HOURS before my set appointment that the Braider wouldnt be able to service me due to a funeral that was supposedly the night before. To be honest I have never heard of an over night funneral but I digress .She then began to explain that she had to book her last night appt to the following day that Id been scheduled for, mind you my appt wasnt until 3:00 .Which if shed preplanned on braiding another client she could have just informed me that morning before doing her hair not wait until the last minute my sitter was already halfway to my houses. Long story short She canceled late I was out of a 30$ canx fee through my babysitting agency asked her if she would consider a slight discount for the inconvenience (honestly its only far with the 30$I had to spend on canceing the sitter) she declined countinue to insinuate how valuble her time was and that she charges by the hour. IF YOU HAVE A BUSINESS YOU SHOULD UPHOLD YOURSELF TO THE SAME STANDARDS THAT YOU DO YOUR CLIENTS NO LAST MINUTE CANCELATIONS PERIOD .It is poor business practice!!!

I get my hair cut @ studio H and never will that change. Most of the time when reading the reviews about places you have about one or two negatives. NOT @ Studio H. It’s a family owned business and Atmosphere. Never have I experienced any problems. ONLY PERFECTION. If you looking for a barber/family STUDIO H is the spot.
