Nice area tucked away in a not so nice part of town.

Many issues with catering and set up! They do provide you with tablecloths, they werent ironed or even put on the table! But we managed to turn it into something great!

Im only there one day weekly but enjoy lunch after delivering for Meals on Wheels. The lunch are decent and the staff are friendly.The center offer educational courses and also has a swimming pool.

The Senior Center is a special place. They offer so many activities I would not be able to list them all. Lunches are available to enjoy at very reasonable prices. If you are 55 or older check it out. I took a 45 min Jazzercise class this morning. It was really fun!

Didnt LOVE place... I got some good information and its great for seniors. Very well organized with lots of space and activities.

From the Volunteers at the front desk to each and every Staff Member thank you for making the Newark, Delaware, Senior Center the very best. From outstanding activities to wonderful sponsored local to worldwide tours the Newark Senior Center excels.

Lots of friendly people, good food, activities & programs. Swimming, shuffleboard, 2 pool tables, a wonderful library, cafeteria and so much more! The best thing is all of the friendly people! I see old friends, classmates, and meet new and interesting people during every visit! Theres something for everyone there! Come visit and join us!

We love to shop at the famous senior center sale twice a year. And its also a location for educational forums and townhall meetings. Hey, Im almost a senior and enjoy the community in Newark!

It is beautiful and it has a variety of activities for Seniors. If youre looking for something to do or if you want to be a volunteer thats a great place to join.

Been a member for over 10 years, love the place! The staff really cares. The facilities are nice. Plenty of room and lots of things to do. Check out the cafeteria, the food is good and inexpensive enjoy the pool and the many daytime activities from computer Club to library to dance lessons! They have weight trainings table tennis trips all over the place internationally or locally!

I Love their Bazaar for fall; I need to know when their spring one is?

This center has so many varied activities. The members and staff are friendly and supportive.

I take the Ageless Exercise Aquatic program 3 mornings a week. The people are great. I look forward to the classes.

Its there five dollars lunch that is four stars for caned vegetables not healthy at all and dont taste good. The rest of the place is nice.

Went to the bi annual Senior sale. Lots to choose from but again they have raised the prices on everything. When does an indoor bargain sale no longer become a bargain? Its here. Used to love going to these sales. No longer. So tired of the prices going up & up & up. This is no longer fun or a bargin

A great place for activities and to meet people for the 50 and over crowd. Heated pool, pool tables, table tennis, dancing, cards - lots of activities.

Always clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend if you need to rent a space for a meeting.

Very nice facility. Staff during evening. Were very kind accommodating. Residents appeared unfriendly towards visitors. Coming from tbe pool as they were departing from the area they appearwd annoyed. Facility restrooms were under repairs.

Newark Senior Center is a place for people 55 and over to explore their knowledge. You can learn new things through their daily classes, and programs as well as exercise, play cards or have lunch in their Cafe.
