Super nice guy. I brought him a small quartz vintage Gucci and a small quartz vintage Seiko both of which he serviced and replaced the crystal. The work took less than a week at a reasonable price. I hope to do business here again.
I went to Tonys on 8/26/21 to get my Seiko watch band replaced (from stainless steel band to rubber sport band). Tony made the switch for me in less than 10 minutes while I waited. Very reasonable and fair price. High quality service. I will be going back as needed.
Best place in NYC for watch repair. I took my watch to several jewelry stores/ other repair shops and all of them told they couldn’t fix my watch and that it had to be sent to the company. Not only did he fix it he did it pretty quickly too and he gave me a great deal. My watch works great now and it’s a 30 year old watch.Highly recommend. No better place to go for this kind of thing
A nice Vietnamese gentleman. Tony doesnt quote the prices based on the value of your items. I brought a Shinola watch to him, he checked it briefly & quoted $10 for the battery replacement. I usually paid $25 elsewhere for my Guess or Tory Burch watch. He was working on another item but since there was nobody else waiting, he said he would work on my watch & it was done after 10-15 minutes. It is located inside NY Jewele Exchange so just walk in toward the end of the main hall, his shop is on the right side.
Best watch repair guy in NYC, very fast service and reasonable price. Fixed my snapped hand-wound mechanical watch within 2 days.
This was the best experience I’ve had BY FAR with a high end watch repair shop, which is saying something because there are many. Tony treated me like I was his only customer, calling me and emailing me with updates on my Rolex Submariner. He is completely transparent about the process and incredibly knowledgeable about this amazing craft. This is not your average repair shop. This guy isn’t just looking to make a buck. One thing that was clear immediately is that he is an artisan and cares about his work. He is the professional you want handling and caring for your watch.
I trust Tony with my watches more than the Retailers. He will care for your watch as if its his. I get my links adjusted and batteries changed from him and he does an amazing job. He knows more about the high end brands than the Retailers. Tony knows how to perfectly work with any watch. Im glad to have a trusted, friendly, and reliable watch guy.
Tony is awesome. Amazing service. Very nice. He treats the watch like it’s his own which I respected. He is a very honest man, will definitely be going back and recommending him. Thanks tony.
Really helpful, well priced and convenient
My humble first-time-getting-a-watch-serviced experience with Tonys Watch Repair started with my dad handing down his old Seiko 6309-7290 to me.Price-wise people may argue that repairing vintage Seiko is not worth your money. Now it may not be a Rolex, an AP, an Omega, or your other luxury swiss-made watch, but the Slim Turtles design really spoke out to me and more than anything carried with it sentimental value. Not having been in use for a long time, I knew right away that my Slim Turtle needed to be serviced upon inspection. However not just any watch repair shop could service it being that your repairman would need the right skills & knowledge to be able to operate on vintage Seiko. So I did my research and searched up a number of different watch repair locations but could not find one close, available, or affordable enough that would be able to work on my Slim Turtle.Thats when I discovered Tonys Watch Repair in Chinatown.I brought in my Slim Turtle and asked for an evaluation and estimate. After opening up the caseback, Tony gave me his verdict: Needed an overhaul and a few other adjustments. But the cost came as a pleasant surprise to me considering what Ive heard the cost of overhauls typically run for. After finalizing all the business factors, I was even able to have a friendly conversation with Tony about our passion for watches. He told me that the job would be done in a week, but a few days later he contacted me to tell me that the service was finished! So I came back in and graciously received my Slim Turtle back which was now alive and ticking! In terms of what he had to do: Tony overhauled and cleaned rust off the movement, adjusted the balance wheel, and had fixed a bent hour gear which desynced the hands. This is the end of my story. But to all who are considering, I HIGHLY recommend trusting Tony with your vintage timepiece. Hes very friendly and does great work. In todays modern age, Tonys Watch Repair is truly a gem!
Tony was quick, knowledgeable and very kind! He made sure I was happy with the work and fixed my watch in under 15 minutes!
Awesome service! He was super nice and helped my friend with her watch in less than 15 mins. Very reasonable prices and even turned down the tip cause were students. Highly recommended!
Never been to a watch repair store so Im not sure how to compare but he was very kind and polite, even when I brought in my 10$ novelty childrens watch with a train on the face he didnt bat an eye. He changed all 3 batteries for 20$
Five stars across the board
Excellent service, done fast, and at a good price. Cannot beat it.

I didn’t actually make it to Tony’s but I asked him a question here on Google and he responded promptly and helpfully. Appreciate that customer service!
Tony is the ultimate professional. Our family has been going to him since the 1980s to have our Rolexs fixed/serviced/cleaned and we trust only him for our needs. He is exceptionally kind, has quick turnaround time, communicates well, has very fair prices and is just a good man. Thank you, William Bauer
Great place to get your vintage watch fixed up. Tony is a great guy and Im alway happy with his work
Will absolutely be going back for other vintage watch servicing needs of mine and will most definitely be recommending Tonys Watch Repair to other mechanical watch enthusiasts!
Very happy with service here. In and out in 15 minutes for a watch battery and well priced. Note it is in the back of building to the far right.
Took a vintage watch for a new battery. Unknown to me the battery was quite unique and Tony didnt have it. I wish Tony had told me this as opposed to putting in the wrong battery (a smaller one) and shoving some plastic next to the battery to keep it in place. I discovered this after the watch stopped working a week after my visit to Tony and I went to a different watch shop. Not. Happy. Tony.
Tony is a craftsman. He not only really cares about the watches he fixes, but he does a damned good job fixing them. My old Seiko dive watch was running too fast. Tony took time to fix it right. I cant recommend him highly enough! I plan to bring my watch there again if any problems.
Took a Corum Romulus in for a new battery. 100% satisfactory and reasonable.. Then bought a a Bulova Accutron from Tony. Also 100%.
Tonys awesome. He changed my battery and loosed up the crown mechanism all in 10 minutes and charged me $13.
Went today and it is a big jewelry store, ti has 3 doors, first number 70, then 72, then 74, make sure to enter door 74 and go straight to the back or ask for tony inside. he does a good job fixing watches and prices are fair. I took several watches to replace batteries and tony as always did a good job. I highly recomend tony if you are chinatown and need to fix your watch,Thanks tony.
Nicest guy ever. You can tell he loves and enjoy what he does.Super quick and cheap.
Tony is all ways nice and does a great job
I had no idea what a watch battery replacement should or would cost, and it was only $10, plus the turnaround time was very quick. Will use Tonys again next time without a doubt
