Did an excellent job repairing an old watch. Got it running again and made it more beautiful than ever! All this at a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back to David again for any watch repair.

Do not take your luxury watch here to be serviced or repaired under any circumstance. I made the mistake of doing this a little under a year ago because I lived in the area and have now found myself with a $500+ repair bill (from a certified shop) after the face of the watch (dial) started turning inside the case! As in...12 0clock moved to 9 oclock etc.David, the watch repairman, is dishonest and a scammer. I originally came in for a standard Tag Heuer overhaul (regular service). I was quoted well over $200 when the official cost on the Tag Heuer website was $185. He was literally trying to upcharge me before he even opened up the case. I asked him to meet the standardized price and he resentfully agreed to do so only because I could easily take my business somewhere else. He promised a complete overhaul, new gaskets, movement parts etc etc.The watch was ready within a few days and I picked up. Everything appeared to be in working order for the next few months until the aforementioned dial spinning. Ive gotten the estimate back from Tourneau and I not only need an overhaul, but new movement parts, new hands, a new dial, new crown and new tube.The watch is a family heirloom and was halfway to destroyed by this man. I do not know whether incompetence or malfeasance are to blame, but I implore anyone considering this shop for a repair to look elsewhere. It may take a bit longer but will save you hundreds of dollars in the long run.

I have visited several watch repair shops around the city and no one was was able to fix or even detect the problem with my watch. I was extremely happy and thankful to meet David. He not only found the problem but was able to fix it. He helped me find a new band as well as polish the watch taking all the scratches. Made it look basically brand new! By far the best service I have ever had and will definitely bring my other watches soon!

Got my TWO watch batteries replaced in about five minutes. Great service, reasonably priced and Jimmy saw me right away on a walk-in. This is my go to place for any watches I need to fix in the near future.

Please dont give this man anymore business. I asked him to repair a watch. When I picked it up, he said he cleaned it for me (without me asking), and saw that the cleaning actually removed the numbers on the watch face. Instead of trying to make it right, he tried to convince me that it was fine. Are you kidding me? I had to fight with him to get him get a new face from the watch company. After a month of waiting, I asked for my useless watch back.

Went to replace the dead battery that was in the watch. He kept on showing me other batteries of different sizes and numbers and saying they were the same. After I turned down his 3rd wrong battery he offers to find one in the back and forces a battery in there that doesnt work, and got it stuck. He spent a few minutes fishing it out with a tweezer, not very carefully. 2 stars only because he finally admitted he didnt have the battery and let me leave, and because he somehow didnt damage my 52 year old watch with his battery game.

DO NOT GO HERE. he stole my gold necklace and gave me back something completely different and fake. He refused to take care of it - and the cops were called. He is a thief, a fraud and do not leave your jewelry with him. I now have to replace my very expensive necklace because he stole it.

David is a bully and a thief who coerced me into paying him for work I didnt want. His stand in the shop replaced my old tailor. I stopped in anyway just to ask what happened to the tailor, if he had moved or whatever. David said he passed away but they have a new tailor there to do alterations. I dropped a dress off for a hem and they say theyll call back later with the price. David texted me $40 for the hem, and I said no thats ridiculous, dont do the work, Im taking it elsewhere. I come back to pick up the dress and they had already hemmed it and refused to return it unless I pay the money!! I wouldnt trust him with any kind of business if thats how he interacts with customers.

Do not trust David with your pieces. It took me almost a year to get my watch back and it was not only not fixed but aesthetically damaged in the process. All for only$300!
