Completely ruined a pair of vintage shoes. Definitely go elsewhere

This shop is one THE BEST shop in the neighborhood. The owner is kind, cordial and patient. Great customer service and reasonable prices. Why buy new when you can give what you have a second life? These guys know how. Give them a chance!

In town for a wedding, I realized my shoes were in need of a shine bad. When I brought them into Sasha, he pointed out the thin soles. Less than 1 day later and for a very reasonable price, my shoes looked better than new. Thank you!

Horrible service and veeerrry pricey. Been there 2x for repairs and and both times was promised outcomes I didn’t receive. Owner is NOT a good neighbor. Beware. Customer satisfaction is not an option here.

Just dont. Paid $30 to get the soles of a pair of sandals fixed. Went to pick up sandals only to find the straps on one of shoes broken. Owner claimed to know nothing about it and wanted to charge me extra to fix it. Really upsetting and disappointing experience. There are plenty of other shoe repair shops. Take your business elsewhere.

Really fast, cordial, and surprisingly decent price - $10 to fix both jacked up heels on my beloved pumps.

These other bad reviews are bogus, he took links out of two watches, and the one I brought for him to go off wasnt working. I didnt even ask him, and I came back and he put a new battery in it. $30 for all 3, and took a card no problem. I will return.

Quoted me at $50 to add soles to two pairs of boots and then charged me $70 when I handed him my credit card. Completely dishonest, swindling practices. Do not go there!

Owner was extremely friendly and made my boots look like new. Going back today.

I asked him how much it would cost to glue my kids sole, he answered almost nothing, two minutes later he finished his work and charged me USD 10,- (for almost nothing) - dont go there!
