This service has repeatedly failed to show up within a reasonable time frame. It has not been unusual for me to wait an hour for them to send me a vehicle.

My family and I were flying into NY and needed transportation to the hotel. I called around a few places. These guys had the best price and reviews. Our flight was delayed an hour and they adjusted accordingly with no issue. The navigator was nice, clean with bottles of water. The driver, was on time and extremely professional. He noticed that it was our two sons first time in NY, so he proceeded with given some history on the city along with great photo shots of the city. By far the best experience driving into Jamaica, NY.

One of the important objectives of such service should be to be relatively on time. What’s the point of waiting with a sick person on a wheelchair for hours for these guys to do other errands while your money is already paid, but hey ‘it’s New Yok’

The servicie is horrible! I booked a transportation and within the hour I called again to cancel it. Even though it was canceled they made double charged my credit card!!! and no one answers to request a refund.
