Gabe came out today for my regular service. He explained in detail what he intended to do today and asked me if I have had any concerns that he could address. I live in a heavily wooded area so proper pest  control is essential. He was super professional and knowledgeable and I knew that I was in good hands. He worked efficiently and then reported back before he left. The service he provided was outstanding and he took care of everything we discussed. Joel was great. Showed up on time and gave me a call to let me know approximately 30 minutes ahead of when he was arriving. Their answering service outside of regular hours needs improvement, but their actual staff and technicians are excellent. They use shoe covers in home to avoid tracking dirt while in the house and are pretty thorough with explanations.

Gabe was awesome, he came in on time, got the inspection of my whole house done quickly and got the problem solved in a couple minutes. He made me a very good price and was good to interact with. He explained everything well and were very satisfied with the result.

We were having our roof replaced and found we had wasps in our siding. David came out on Monday morning and treated them.  By the time the workers arrived 3 days later, all the wasps were gone.  Jeremy was awesome - professional, courteous and on time.  Job well done and will use him again, if needed.

Joel came by to replace the termite bait stations. He was very responsive & informative. We discussed a few other options/ treatments and what each purpose was. The good part was that he didnt try to force me to do any other treatments

Washington Heights Pest Control was excellent. We had mice issues in our crawlspace, and I had tried to fight them off myself for several years, but it seemed they kept coming back. We finally bit the bullet and hired them to come out to look for entry points, and I was so glad we did. Jonathan found entry points I never would have found, and did prompt work sealing them up. David has been very good and very reliable. Reasonably priced. He comes and sprays for ants, changes baits on my termite system. At one point I saw termites and I asked him to spray chemicals, no extra charge. He is very nice.

Contacted Washington Heights Pest Control Inc. regarding help with clearing rat infestation. Couldnt fault the professionalism, helpfulness given during which to us has been a very stressful time.

I own property in the area and I have them do monthly spraying to avoid any infestation from happening. None of my tenants have had any issues with their staff or bugs for that matter.

Washington Heights sent their 3 guys over to help with some squirrels that were at my place and coordinated with animal control to have them secured and treated well.
