I recently had Pest Control Inwood Manhattan come out to my home. They were very friendly and professional. Joel did a great job. He even went as far as climbing up a high ladder to make a thorough inspection. Great customer service.

They are terrific! I had a mouse issues. I called and got my house treated. No signs of the mice. They responded quickly and treated, Then the follow up. They were professional, polite, and very helpful. I totally recommend this business.

The inspector, Jonathan, who came to give us a quote was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful - all the things you want in someone coming into your home. He didnt try to sell us on anything. He just let us know the best thing to do for our family. I will recommend him to anyone who needs help with pests!

I havent seen any bugs lately and when I do, I just give them a call and guarantee a 30 days warranty that they will come and spray again. Both exterminators (Joel and David) that showed up were very nice and polite. They definitely gained a customer.

These guys were great. Squirrels had taken over my backyard, built a big nest in my fruit tree and were eating at the roots of my other fruit tree and years of damage to an elderly maple. They got to me during the Pandemic within a few weeks. They did what they promised and for awhile I might be squirrel free. For now I have my yard back!

Sooo happy and relieved Pest Control Inwood Manhattan came by for our mouse problem. Anthony was super nice, and extremely diligent in finding and sealing all of the holes. He also laid poison packs and glue traps, and explained how safe they were etc. Also he walked me through all the ways we could be doing a better job keeping them out in regards to cleanliness (taking out the trash every night etc). Excellent service- highly recommend!

I just had them come out yesterday for a termite inspection so, havent had any work done yet. I had to right a review because they were incredibly thorough with their inspection. I was impressed! They were also very professional, friendly and personable. Will definitely be calling them out for any termite or pest control that we need in the future.

I had a bad roach problem. The exterminator was arrogant and refused to do a thorough job; ie spreading gel in kitchen drawers etc. So i gave it one month to see problem lessen. In fact at the end of that time i had nany many more roaches than i began with. For 225$ i think i should be able to expect a lessening of the problem. The best they could offer me was 25$ off the followup visit. Mike the owner was not helpful at all and wss arrogant. Not a way to do business
