We had mouse problem that slowly escalated to RATS!!! They came in and where very pleasant and personable. They have a very customer friendly communication style. They answered and addressed all of my question and concerns. I never felt like I was being rushed. No question was too trivial. They addressed all my needs and gave me all the options avail to me at a price range that was affordable and fair. I highly recommend this company. Not to mention it is family owned which I always look forward to supporting. And with great service. For me they are a keeper.

John and his team are phenomenal. I have used Jove Pest Control for years at both my personal home and at rental Properties. We have had an excellent experience, so much so that our property manager started to use Jove’s services on their own properties as well. John and his team are professional, courteous, prompt and bottom line get the job done whatever the challenge is. They have handled for us rodents, bed bugs, termites, etc. All of these were correctly diagnosed and effectively dealt with. I can’t recommend John and his team highly enough. You will be glad you called Jove.

First let me say that Joli who answered my phone call was extremely helpful, informative and patient with all of the questions I had. She did not mind me calling back with additional questions as well. She was extremely polite and got me the help I needed in a very prompt way. The technicians that came to my house were also very informative to my tenants and answered all of their questions as well as doing an extremely thorough job and letting them know that if they thought their problem was by any way not resolved all they needed to do was give a call and they would be back immediately. Thank you for putting all of our minds at ease. Excellent job. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Jove Pest Control is AWESOME! This company has taken care of many of my tenants through out my portfolio in 3 boroughs for many years. I truly appreciate the staff! They are so caring being supportive and responding to the needs of others with kindness and compassion. They are always dependable at any given time, being able to speak to someone and not a computer. lol! We had the best experience with this company. Service was outstanding and they took care of the bug problem in one visit. They were very affordable and professional. I highly recommend them.

We found bed bugs in our apartment. These guys did not perform an inspection of our house (which every single thing we read said should be done first); they just came in and sprayed. A week later we still found bugs. They came back and soaked our apartment in more chemicals. We waited a month and hired an inspector (like they should have). He still found bugs in our apartment. Were extrememly frustrated. I would not hire this company.

Jove Pest Control was really great to work with. They answered all my questions and sent out a technician quickly. We had a mouse issue and havent seen one since.

They were timely efficient and respectful. I would refer out to other people hands down
