Nice and easy place to get pest control supplies and Andy is very knowledgeable. Prices are decent but are little high compared to online stores. Also pest control classes are offered for those that need credits.

This pest control store is great. It has all the supplies that I need, plus it has great prices and courteous service. It also provides professional pest control education. I will always purchase pest control supplies from Bug Off Pest Control Center, as well as getting the much needed pest control education credits, in addition to keeping up-to-date with the latest pest control products and technologies.

Kevin and Rhys from Bug Off Pest Control Center were super stars and put me at ease about not having bed bugs. Kevin fit my appointment in on very short notice. He explained more about bed bugs and what to watch for. All-in-all Im happy I spent the money to reassure myself that my apartment is bed-bug free!

The guy working here was super knowledgeable, personal, and honest. Like others have said, he doesn’t over sell you on anything and is straight with you about whatever your pest situation is. 10/10 would come back again if I needed any pest treatment. He diagnosed the type of ant (ghost ants), discussed the plan, approach, and execution of the treatment, and it was all successful.

They are extremely knowledgeable about all things bugs! Andy could have sold me 2 different large cans of spray, I even asked for both, but instead he said that the 1 was all I needed...and he was right! But I thought that was very honest of him, most stores want to sell you as much as they can, here they just want to sell you as much as you need! Theyre great!

Terrible customer service. The owner was very rude, gave me dirty looks when I asked questions about the products I WAS GOING TO USE in my apartment. He was in a rush to get me out the store so I can stop talking. I felt very disrespected and ignored. Never buying from this place again!

If I could pick 10 Stars I would because Bug Off Pest Control deserves 10 Stars out of 5! Not only are they my favorite pest control supplier, worth 5 stars right there, I also attend the many pest control seminars/classes which are fantastic! As far as Im concerned, Andy and the guys at Bug Off are the go-to resource for everything related to pest control. They stock a complete supply of pest control products and are not only highly knowledgeable about their uses/efficacy but can explain in both English and Spanish.
