This office is increible, the place is very neat and clean. I love how organized they are. They have a very interesting magazine for you to read out while you wait for your appointment. Its a pretty secure office. They have a door man downstairs and a private window office. I definitely would rent here if I ever need an office space.

I have been a tenant at this place for 5 years. Unfortunately I am moving to NJ and have to give up my beautiful office. I was just online and noticed some terrible reviews posted by obviously fake accounts. Non of the bad reviews you read is true. The staff specially Rachel is absolutely amazing. very helpful polite and professional. The space is extremely clean the bathrooms are new and updated and kept very clean. I believe they get cleaned 3 times a day. I have never seen it to be dirty as one of the posts says. My office is cleaned every day. If I need spot cleaning I dial 0 and have someone come and clean within minutes. I have never noticed the police here as another post said. In short its very sad for me to leave this place. I have never experienced and kind of a scam, or hidden fees. My rent bill is exactly as my agreement with them says. there is 1 amount on the bill. does not deviate at all. I love this place and I am glad I have been part of it for the past several years. I will miss EONY.

They just renovated and i must say the new look is stunning..Imagine Wework but with the perfect amount of privacy.i just moved and I am extremely happy with the staff. Hector cleans my office every day and whenever i need extra cleaning or help with anything all need to do is call reception and hes here in minutes! The receptionist is super friendly too.Most of all, the location is absolutely unbeatable!

This is a GREAT place for Office Space! They just had major renovations and everything looks so modern. The receptionists are always helpful and polite and proffessional and the place is cleaned every day. Theres free coffee and a fridge and microwave oven in the kitchen and a vending machine and new lounge with TV screen. And the location is near subways, banks, restaurants and Macys.

We started our Business at EONY 2 years ago. Our offices are spacious, fresh and well maintained. I personally find the common areas like the kitchen, lounge very well kept and designed. The bathrooms are new, very clean and totally private. It’s a winner.

Worked with them for years and not a single complaint. Service is extremely professional and easy going. Only place I would recommend for leasing office space in Manhattan.

The offices are good size and very quite floor. Drink and snack vending machines are available. There is always a free pot of coffee available in the cafeteria area. Nice size conference room.

Executive offices of new york is the McDonalds of office space rentals, run by morons with about the same managerial acumen as fast food shift managers (actually, thats probably an insult to the better-run fast food chains). There’s a huge turnover – when we were there for about a year, we saw small business people moving in and out all the time - and the community collaboration vibe is lacking. But hey, they’re the McDonalds of office space rentals. There are many other entities in new york city that rent space like this – look into those options and avoid executive offices at all costs!

The company Ive worked at for the past 4 years has offices located at EONY and its always been an enjoyable place to come to work everyday. Our floor houses a number of smaller companies and every few months they throw seasonal floor parties where everyone can mingle and enjoy some food and drink, which is a nice benefit. Rachel, the receptionist, is very friendly, organized, and a pleasure to stop and chat with during the day. The other staff, including Hector and Alex, are also very pleasant and extremely helpful and willing to assist with anything needed. Overall its a place I am happy to work at!

We rent a few offices at EONY. The staff is super accommodating, the offices are roomy and nicely furnished. We sometimes need an extra office just for a month due to a specific project and they alway come through. The prices are very reasonable and well worth what we are getting. Highly recommend.

In a day of customer service, well being and entrepreneurship, Executive Offices offered spaces for budding individuals. But sadly this is where it all stops. I have been a tenant for almost a year now and let’s just say Executive Offices doesn’t give a damn about looking after loyal tenants. They don’t care who they rent to, including disreputable businesses, just so they can fill their empty spaces - they have been spending millions on building offices rather than offering loyalty rewards to their existing customers, how poor and short sighted they are.Furthermore, their offices share ventilation equipment so when my neighbor eats fish, I practically do too! Their offices are poorly constructed with sound traveling through each office easily.So thanks for the short stay, I have learned a lot about how you operate and I will take this knowledge on with me when I move out to a new location. Because you denied any loyalty rewards, you have triggered me to look elsewhere and guess what, I have found a number of other options that are more welcoming, are flexible with their rent and have much better reviews. Good Riddance!

I can not think of any issues with this office space. I like the modern offices and being so close to the transportation and restaurants.

This is my second month in this space. I selected this space since it was very close to LIRR and the rate were a lot cheaper than similar spaces like WeWorks. So far I am very happy.

I have rented at several of these office suite rental providers. I have only here at EONY for 3 months and so far everything is going very well. What I like best about these offices is that they are by far larger then any of the other offices I was at. My 2 person office before EONY was very very tight for 2 people. My 2 person office at EONY could easily fit 3 or more comfortably. Service is great and I love the new modern design.

We rented office space (3 offices) for two years. (Were a tech company.) Great experience working with eony. Their staff are very attentive, responsive, and quick to resolve issues. I would highly recommend eony . Pricing is reasonable, they wont gouge you with add-ons, and youll have a professional space to work in. Best of all the offices are very well furnished and very private. 5 STAR.

Most disgusting team ever met/spoken to - service level is zero. Staff is very rude. Not a single iota of customer centricity. Amateur, careless, crude and unapologetic staff at this joint. My experience was a total disaster. The Executive Offices of New York brand is totally blacklisted and I’ll share that with many others that use their brand of office renting.

I have been working with EONY for about a year now. The building is always clean and accommodating.There is a 24 hour security guard which is great. The receptionist I work with is named Rachel she is excellent, and knows what she is doing. I have only good things to say about this place. I work on a shared office floor so you have all different companies here, EONY a few times a year gets the floor together for some snacks and drinks so we can all meet and get to know one another. Everyone is Friendly which is great and makes your work day more pleasant.

I have been at EONY for the past 18 months. My experience with them was great. The staff is very friendly and professional. The facilities are brand new and modern. Anything I needed they always provided me. My office is on the 12 floor and I have a great view of the Magic Hour rooftop on the Moxy hotel. I will miss my office and EONY.

Five star all the way. My office is large, has a glass front that’s partially frosted for privacy and is beautifully furnished. My rent bill is the same every month and is the exact number my agreement with EONY reflects and includes very high speed internet, phone, reception services and a beautiful kitchen with a gorgeous lounge. I actually have a beautiful view of the new rooftop Magic Hour on top of the Moxy hotel from my office. I am planning to be here for a very long time. Honestly the price I am paying for this office is ridiculously low for i am getting.

Low Class office environment. Over the years, we have utilized several shared space locations, from offices at other office sharing companies. These offices have been my worst NIGHTMARE by far. The building is very dirty, the doormen are in immediate need of lessons concerning good hygiene and professionalism. Its a 3 minute walk to near-by Penn station for LIRR or NJ Transit service and or, all other subway lines, but it seems like a much longer walk after spending the day working at this location. Food can be easily delivered, however the security people steal it so they can enjoy a free lunch on the house. The lobby on the 7th floor is frequented by customers that look like homeless people waiting to get into the low class WELFARE room agency at this location. They have a kitchenette but it has nothing but COLD water and dont try to make coffee, one of the tenants on the 7th floor stole the coffee maker and management claims theyre not responsible for stolen equipment! Stay away!

This is a pathetic example of where a business would host their office space, Bush League behavior on the part of management is putting it mildly – very inattentive staff filthy restrooms and barbaric staff. The location is perfect, but thats where the good news ends. Rachel spends her life in the ladies room trying to make hereself look presentable – she always smells like a brewery! By far one of the worst offers on the Market. The building and the center looks good but its all the other low class extras that make this joint a bust. The other day the COPS were here because of another problem with one of the low class businesses Executive Offices of New York rents space to. Youd do much better renting space on Rikers Island. Executive Offices of New York BLOWS!

Wework? Whats that? EONY has gone above and beyond with everything that I need, they just renovated which made everything look even better than ever, customer service is always great and are always eager to help with any questions. Looking forward to many more years with EONY.

Great office environment. Over the past 6 years, we have utilized several shared space locations, from offices at the empire state building and another at a 42nd ave 5th avenue location. These offices have been my favorite by far. The building is very clean, the doormen are courteous and professional. Its a 3 minute walk to near-by penn station for LIRR or NJ Transit service and or, all other subway lines. Shopping in the area is unsurpassed by any location in the entire NYC. There are 4 Delis within a half a block. There are literally 10-15 places to eat within a 2 block radius. Food can be easily delivered, or to stay, or to walk it back to your office upstairs. The bathrooms are well stocked and super clean. The lobbies on either floor, 7h or 12th are posh in appearance. They have a kitchenette with free flavored coffee and seating room as well... The women secretaries are professional and helpful. Its very secure as they have personalized swipe cards. There are many cool start up business owners to network with, as well.. If you are looking for privacy, a great price and awesome professional environment. This is a great place to do business and to grow your company.
