Very unprofessional, my therapist carries our video sessions with half an ear on her baby in the next room, disappears for weeks on end on a days notice.Nurse practitioners are no better, inattentive, dry, frustrating to interact withIf you need help, go somewhere else!

I have been a patient of Vanessa Coradin for about 2 years now, Ive had a terrible experience with her. From the start, she had been flaky, and is awful at communication. Recently, I havent heard from her in 3 months. She usually would send a text when she was available, but she just stopped. I ended up contacting her because I was concerned and she basically ignored what I said, and switched the subject. Her excuse for not contacting me was because she wasnt sure I wanted to continue being her patient. Also, I was forced to do group therapy when I wanted individual. Im very worried that she is still getting paid even though she isnt doing her job. I shouldve changed therapists a long time ago, she is literally the worst. She needs to lose her license.

Although the therapists here are generally excellent, the administration is inept enough to create havoc. For instance, I had a therapist (also the director of the facility) for over a year, and suddenly he vanished without a trace.

Ive had the unfortunate pleasure of seeing two therapists for a bit of time, one very unprofessional yet both inadequate and like the previous reviewers say, are focussed on wasting time. The front desk has no shame in openly complaining about patients rescheduling/ not picking up the phone and or having drama with other employees themselves. The psychiatrist was the best. Im sure everyone is a good person, however this is just a poorly run facility. Best of luck to anyone going here.

For your own well-being go somewhere else.... Was told I couldnt continue. Asked three times if it was OK.. Yes. Uhm no. So I wasted 3mos, of which I had 6 apots none fulfilled 1 in actual therapist. He was aggressive, agitating and unprofessional; blocking the door and man spreading like an overweight uncle after turkey. Would have tried some where else but their cow must be milked. Was given a prescription for sleep expensive benedryl. Told her yesterday it didnt work but didnt get chance to tell her I had an allergic reaction to it... She refilled the prescription today,... I said no. But she must get paid. Place is criminally negligent.

I’m having an awful experience with this facility. Too much to type, but I see this place getting a lawsuit for malpractice. I will just leave it at that. Stay away from this place

Had an 9:15 am appointment and I waited for 25 minuets. Then, the doctor came out and took another person. I went to the front desk and asked about my 9:15 appointment. I was told “ oh she just took her 9:am because she had to wait for someone to translate.” My problem is when were they going to tell me. It is presently 9:48 am and I am still waiting.In addition to this problem, their front desk clerks are unprofessional. I was told by a young man at the front desk, “ we don’t work like that” when I tried to explain to him that my insurance isn’t working as I had to take six weeks off work. However, I had another insurance from my husband’s which I would like to use. He continued to tell me that I have to stick to the insurance that I originally signed up with. In the end I paid a flat fee for the visit.

They’re messy, even for me to start being a patient there, it’s met with inconvenience from their part. I started filing to go there again and after checking with my filing updates, one operator just told me “They’re not taking new patients”..mind you, I filed about a month ago. Nope, and I’m in the need of seeking a therapist and they seem to not be as helpful with the process.

Horrible facility Dr. Costakis is by far the worst psychiatrist I have ever met. She is judgemental, insensitive, condescending,unprofessional, and has terrible bed side manner. She does not care about her patients at all. STAY AWAY from this facility.

Sloppy insensitive people. if you miss three appointments they cut you off from the clinic. How about if you have personal problems and you cant make it? they say you have to talk to the director in order to get an appointment again. for that I will go somewhere else where mature people work at.

If you come here, youll end up more cucu. Stay alway!

This place have really unprofessional therapists, who are more interested in just chatting and wasting time rather than focus on patience health.

One of the receptionist was having a attitude when I call, and she was like I dont understand what I was telling her!

They are very unorganized and insensitive. They are not good with privacy
