STAY AWAY FROM THIS UPS STORE! There is an employee there (late afternoon on weekdays) with such an anger issue it is scary. He put the gate partially down before closing time, with the door open, so one could enter the store. He was nowhere to be seen, in the back somewhere. When he finally reappeared it was one minute past the closing time. I was glad to see him there and was very pleasant. I had one small prepaid Amazon item, which he refused to take and told me to keep it because he said the store was closed! Simply an angry and mean individual. Any owner employing people like this is asking for trouble, and will be losing customers to the many other stores in the near vicinity. Encountering such hostility and anger is disturbing and frightening. Now I cannot be sure this person would even send my packages if he were mad for some unknown reason. Better to go elsewhere.

Bad customer service, I sent an envelope via this store, and the envelope got delivered empty, and they hung up the phone when I called to ask for help :(

The schedule at the main entrance is not updated. They say Saturday from 10am to 6pm at the door. But if you call them they say this location is closed on weekends. Not serious people

WORST SERVICE OF ANY UPS STORE WEVE EVER EXPERIENCED! THE STAFF WAS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERBALLY ABUSIVE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ANYDAY. OWNER NEEDS TO REEVALUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES. STAFF HANDLED PACKAGE HASTILY AND THREW IT AROUND. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Always coming to this location because the lady who works in there during whole Covid time is the best! She is always very professional and friendly. I have been there during last 3 months around 5-6 times and always see her works in there.

Never updates Time of closure. Today it said 9PM but it was 7PM thankfully the UPS MAN was packing up the truck out front and took all my packages. Call ahead always.

Don’t come here for notary public. They want to charge me $15 for one page of passport copy, while all the other UPS locations I contacted only charge $2 per signature. Apparently different UPS stores are contracted to different people/companies. There is no national standard to speak of. So choose wisely. I ended up using the UPS store close to where I live on UWS 67 street. They charged me $2.Also I never use UPS to ship boxes because US postal office is so much cheaper. Although I must say some of the people working in the post office could be very rude.

Place closes at 7pm and not at 8pm as shown on this website. Best to update timing accordingly so people don’t have to carry boxes back home. Got here at 7:04 and although someone was inside they wouldn’t let me drop off my packages (easy Amazon box drop off)

Stay away from this company. They are very unprofessional and dont deliver the high level of service theyre supposed to provide. We paid $168 to have an a parcel sent from UPS New York (10022) to Los Angeles. It’s been two weeks now and we still havent received anything. When we tried to track our parcel on their website the status was: Shipment ready for UPS, according to them it means that they havent received anything yet from the customer and there was no actions taken on the side of the UPS store in NYC.The most shocking thing is that we then had to investigate between the store that sent it and UPS corporate that was supposed to receive it, as they dont have internal company communication to verify such matters, which is seriously a joke.At one point, Josh, the employee who took my package in New York, told us that he’s only been working there for 3 weeks, and that the UPS Store is a franchise, not real UPS. As if the customer should know or care about these excuses?Plus as if it wasnt already difficult for us, the store in NYC stopped answering our calls and wont give us any updates on the status of a package we paid for. As of today we still havent heard from UPS and no one seems to know where on earth our parcel is.My sincere advice to anyone interested in using their shipping service AVOID them if you care about your money and valuables.

Pretty terrible experience. Had to stop in three times in one day for them to actually look for my package, which was in a cabinet the whole time. Despite a tracking number and confirmation of delivery they said it must be somewhere else. Then as the man handed me the package he let me know there was a $5/day fee to hold packages. I said it arrived today, how is the fee applicable. He said ‘Oh you didn’t know about it, you’re good.’ How is the fee reasonable for same day pickups .... terrible experience. A franchise stuffed into a closet, understaffed and not well trained.

This place is a joke. It is unfortunate that I am forced to rate this location with a single star; I would give it negative 5 stars if I could.Published and advertised hours for Sunday indicate it closes at 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:38pm to find the lights on, the door locked, two other patrons waiting outside in 48 degree weather and not a person to be found inside. Knocking on the window and calling the published phone number produced no employee. After waiting outside (again in 48 degree temperatures) for 30 minutes, a single employee appeared from an isolated location in the back of the store at 6:10pm to inform (through a large plate glass window) those of us waiting outside for service that the location was closed despite its sign on the door, its official voicemail, and its internet information all pointing to a 6:00 pm closing time. Of course, we on the outside looking in said we had all arrived during its business hours to which the response was, “we closed at 5:30pm, you will have to come back tomorrow”. The employee then turned and walked away leaving all of us on the street baffled at what had just happened.Well, I can certainly say I will not be going back to this location tomorrow - or ever for that matter and I recommend you not ever go there either. What an insult!

Awesome place and in heart of Manhattan, I just visited once and the service was super good and quick. Best advantage it is open till 9:00PM, (definitely for office goers like me who get free only after 7:PM) Thank you!

The only reason I give four and not five stars is that the place is so good its often quite busy, meaning sometimes one has to wait.On balance, though, one of the best UPS franchises in Manhattan; staff is very, very good.

Don’t observe the hours of operation. Tried to ship something in the middle of day on Sunday. Fat chance: gate down, lights out. Sign still says 11a-6pm on Sunday. Go figure
