DO NOT PATRONIZE! Horrible customer service! They do not care about the treatment of your what you are sending. Not to mention they are rude. They do not want to put paper to pad your items. If you ask them, they will have an attitude about it. DONT GET ME STARTED ABOUT HOW SLOW THEY ARE!!!! It takes them forever to do simple tasks.

I order 500 booklets to be designed and printed in a very short notice and AIE Business staff was able to pull this off. Print quality was top notch. Booklets came out amazing. I highly recommend this place for printing and all other services.

Honestly, if you need to print a large order, this is the place to go. Answered all my questions, created a beautiful sample, and didnt hesitate to update our product when we made changes. If you have need to print something, this is the place to go.

Absolutely amazing, friendly and professional at midtown...Instead of dealing with all the pain that comes with printing at other places I found this amazing friendly and professional place. I needed couple sets of copies and printing of my meeting. I just called them and it was so friendly greeting and send them my e- files then my order was ready exactly on time. I picked up my copies and printings (way of classy separated and packaged) and also I got exceptional customer service on the phone and face to face as well---, no pain, no long line, no wasting time!They do offer lots of other services like, business cards,binding, fedEx, DHL, faxing, etc... Definitely recommended !!!

The only reason to use this business is that it’s convenient if you live and work near the UN. Do not go for any brochures, flyers, booklets, etc.I tried getting some promotional materials printed today and had the worst customer service experience ever. First I was told that they couldn’t scale the PDF down to print only half the page and I would have to pay $5 extra PER PAGE. I told him I know how to scale down something for printing and I can do it if he doesn’t know how. He smugly turned the computer to me expecting me not to be able to scale it. Once I made my image the size I needed it to be, and it printed correctly, he took the fee off my bill. But he gave me attitude for the rest of the time I was there. When it printed way darker than it was on the screen, I asked him if he could lighten it and he said “nope” and tried to convince me that it looked exactly like it did on the screen.... which it absolutely did not. After a bunch of back and forth he conceded and printed it correctly for me.. it’s still quite dark but I just needed to get out of there. Save time and use Kinkos

The guy charged me a $3 handling fee for something that was a pre-paid DHL package. He made copies of the invoice and label that I had already printed without asking me and unnecessarily put a double copy of everything in the package in order to charge me the handling fee. He also put a piece of tape on an already closed box. Such a scam.

Not close to any subway or bus, and the staffs mood was not stable. Sometimes they are nice and ready to help, while sometimes they are foul. In general, not quite happy.

Terrible service. Unprofessional and unreliable. They dont know what they are doing and provided incorrect information. Never called back, despite promises, and were unreachable when I called. After two days of this trying to resolve an urgent matter, I went elsewhere.
