I had to send in official paperwork with a letter inside with my return address. I was helped with the utmost professionalism and respect and was recommended a great option with clear instructions on tracking both letters as they get processed. Highly recommend East Village Postal for any postal needs!

I had an amazing experience here today. I have lived in the east village for years but have never been here before. I was fantastically surprised by what I encountered. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they were quick! They do Usps, fedex, and UPS. Accept Apple Pay. Have a nice assortment of things as well. If you need to mail something or get a card, I highly recommend! I will definitely be back here

One of my favorite local spots to find cute gifts for birthdays and other celebrations. So convenient to be able to mail USPS, FedEx and UPS too! Much friendlier and faster service than at the post office.

This is my local spot, and I love supporting them. However, I dread going in there each time because the man who works at the front is so rude it’s uncomfortable to go in. He’s always bothered by simple questions and simply existing and trying to complete a transaction. I had a very important overnight check sent and he was very annoyed that I wanted to check that the address was correct, and not one run-along sentence. He has never smiled once in all the times I’ve been in. I know this is NY, but a tiny bit of courtesy would be appreciated. Thank you.

After a frustrating day of broken-knee recovery, i made a late run (hobble, really) to evp to drop off a package for a dhl pick-up, only to discover that i had the wrong documents. fortunately, i was helped (calmed) by the nicest, most courteous of service representatives; frank kept the box until the uk vendor could send the correct docs, which i emailed to frank for printing and so much more. who does that these days? so old-school, and so kind. id bring him chocolate but hed think a woman of an age to be his mother is making a play lol. thank you, frank. be safe in the quarantine. you are a mensche.

I’ve given this places 15 chances and the 15th time I’ve decided enough is enough. The rude monotone demeanor of the two girls who operate this place will put this place out of business. Asking me “do you need something” and “can you move” in the most bothered and uppity attitude is enough for me to go somewhere else. I’m giving you money and all I ask is to be treated with respect. Obviously my 3 minutes to go in and out and complete a transaction is too bothersome for them. Goodbye to this place and good riddance.

Favorite post office in the area. Quick service and really friendly/kind staff. I always buy stamps, mail letters, send packages, etc. from here because the USPS on 14th street is horrible.Store itself is really cute and sells everything from cards to postcards to apartment gifts to candles.

This post office is really awesome. I love that they send alerts when I get a package or when they have to close early due to weather emergencies. They also sell super cute stuff and the staff is very friendly and efficient.

Everyone who works here is so nice! Its a little pricey to get a mailbox ($30/month) but definitely worth it if you get a lot of packages and mail. The mail in my building is not secure, so I get everything sent here. They also sell packing and office supplies, and they have a copier and printer available. Definitely my go-to place for all mail-related needs.

Although this is listed by UPS as an authorized drop off spot, the employees there act inconvenienced when asked to accept a prepaid package. When I asked if I could get a drop off receipt, the clerk snapped “we don’t do receipts. If you want one go somewhere else.” I went ahead and said I’d like to drop it off anyway and without a word, she snatched the package out of my hand and slammed it onto the scale and walked away.
