Booking experience was pleasant and professional. I spoke with David and he was much more concerned with the quality of my trip then the amount of money the company was making which is a great quality to have n a company. He convinced me to go with a cheaper option because of where we wanted to go there would be tight streets that couldnt fit the larger Hummer limo. Very happy with the experience thus far and excited for the trip!

David was the absolute best! Drove us all over the city and managed to find parking everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Mr David and his drivers are awesome, I booked the Cadillac Escalade Suv for 3 days to pick up my son whos first time in NYC from Washington Dc. The commutation with Mr David was outstanding and clear and excellent professional detail which gave me a obviously a reason to choose this company. The driver was time taking him to his hotel. The next day Mr David picked him up, Really grateful for his surprise picking up my son in a limousine taking him to his photo shoot which was 4 hours then picking him back up taking him back to the hotel. The 3rd day again in a limousine ( yes Mr David gave him a limousine each time no extra charge)to go back home. Truly was a blessing to have a professional experienced and excellent customer service Company like Times Square Limousine and staff, to really appreciate the customers even if you are from out of town. My Son and his friend is grateful for everything and the whole experience. I want to truly recommend this company to everyone and yes we will definitely use this company every time we come NYC. Mr David treated My son like family and words cant explain how grateful we are to have had God to send us a wonderful company and staff. We are from Maryland but My 19 yr son left from Washington Dc and as a sorta overprotective mother I know that Mr David was professional and courtesy and most of all honest and respectful, there was a quality of the company that you knew it was worth choosing. This was my fourth trip to NYC and this limo ride made it my FAVORITE! We had to change our time and plans for the ride and they were very accommodating. We really didnt have an itinerary and Joseph took us all over to special places where we could take pictures and see places we had never been before. He was very very kind! Thank you so much! I ordered the 18 passenger range rover for a 6/24 event. The limo arrived 35mins late. We missed one of our stops at the Brooklyn brige to take pics because of this! Then we go inside the limo and its super hot. The driver just said oh you need to turn it on in the back. So we asked him to show us and he parked came to the back and turned it on. However, that didnt work and it was still hot. Also, we needed to play an Important DVD and guess what the drive didnt know how to make it work. His answer all passengers figure it out and he was visibly catching attitude. How rude. In summary, we barely made our 730pm reservation when the pick up was 530pm, missed one of our stops and rode for 90mins in a hot ride in 90 degree June weather! On the way back the drive apologized and said the ac was fixed and the boss would see if he could give us a discount. The discount was not being a charged a toll we had to take to arrive early and an extra 30mins we went over. I almost forgot the champagne glasses had lipstick stains on it. I dont even want to write what the driver said when I addressed that with him. Would I hire this company again? NO. Do I recommend? NO

Contacted this company with less than a week till the day, & they were able to accommodate us for my daughters birthday celebration. Gave us a great deal & Didnt even fuss when we changed our destination on the DAY OF our trip! Our driver Ray was awesome & even had a birthday balloons & birthday signs, waiting for us in the limousine! All together, we had an amazing time, it didnt break the bank & my daughter was SO HAPPY. This review is only on the customer service while booking the reservation. I called so many places to check rates for taking my significant other out for a romantic night and I ran into many rude people but David from Times Square Limousine was amazing! This is my first time doing something like this and he made me feel at ease and answered every question I had with such kindness no matter how stupid the question was. I will be sending out another review once I have actually received the service but so far I cannot wait! Especially if I get to deal with David again. Highly recommend asking for him!

Joseph picked us up from the airport and brought us to our hotel in Times Square. He was friendly and helpful, even narrated the ride, pointing out different areas for us. He even told me we didn’t need to be picked up so early for our return ride to the airport, giving us an extra hour to enjoy NYC. Joseph was on time and efficient and we would highly recommend him and the company. It was awesome not to have to worry about figuring out how to navigate NYC to get to midtown from the airport. We will use them again next time!

I surprised my family on The evening of Christmas Day with a limo ride from this company. Our driver was exceptional as he took us through Dyker Heights to look at the lights. Very knowledgeable and professional. My family had a blast. We will be using you again.

Times Square Limousine Service;dba apparently several variations of nameswe made a direct prepaid booking.Disappointing service. Lady Dispatcher was nice, her counterpart male was not, and rudely hung up on me in the middle of a conversation when we were trying to find location of missing driver at airport.Arranged for Service, Driver was not in baggage claim, and had to wait for 15 minutes in luggage claim, ultimately we had to call to find where he was. Yes, we paid EXTRA for meet and greet in baggage claim.Driver had parked the vehicle in the parking lot, and did not help with the baggage. Over 20 minutes walk, and difficult.Why have Limo Service if you make your clients handle their baggage and walk to the short term parking?Unpleasant older male driver.Driver demanded credit card before he would drive, despite the credit card was presented and charged when we made the reservation. Driver did not return card until arrival at hotel after a unpleasant discussion where he tried to over charge us.On Arrival, Tried to overcharge significantly ($80.00!!), and after we pointed out we had a reservation with a quoted price and it was prepaid, he had long discussion with Dispatcher before he honored the original price.Vehicle was a Toyota, not the luxury European sedan as ad booked on line.the overall verdict: Never again... Highly unprofessional and Unpleasant driver, and the vehicle was not as advertised.

This was our first trip to NYC and this limo service made getting from the airport to our hotel and back to the airport a true pleasure. 4/15/14, my wife and I celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary by booking a limousine service to take us out for fun. I wanted to do something special, so booked with TIME SQUARE LIMOUSINE SERVICE. I am so happy I did. The drivers name was Huang, and he was unexpected friendly, punctual and knew where he was driving. The car was so entertaining (music, wine, food etc), clean and airy inside. We enjoyed the car more then NYC. Also the price was cheaper then all other limousine services( I called more then 11 limousine services, but their price was rough). Ive talked to the owner directly, his name is Dave. He is very cute guy. He said, he spends a lot of extra money for customers entertaining. I think their service is the BEST. We are planning to come on 4/15/15.

I gave Times Square Limousine a try based on the amazing reviews. Normally, I use Uber to the airport, but we had a 4:30 a.m. pickup and I couldnt count on any Uber cars in our area at that time of day. Brian and the drivers exceeded my high expectations. The communication and coordination was amazing and the service was very professional. This is definitely my preferred service to and from the airport.

Just called this place as Im calling a few places to get a quote, and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. She asked me what day I would want the S-Class limo service, and said its not available without asking me what time I need it or anything, which is also understandable. But when I wanted to ask her for other cars available, she just hung up on me and seemed like she didnt want my business. When she picked up the phone, she said, can I help you? I asked her how are you doing and she just got upset and asked if I needed something. RUDE.

We booked a limo to and from JFK airport and in my email I specified there would be seven people with seven suitcases. The limo arrived on time and the driver was very polite and friendly, but he had to put some of the cases inside the limo, which wasnt a problem to us. All was fine for this journey, apart from there wasnt the advertised wet bar. I received a phone call the day we were due to return to the airport to say the suitcases had been an issue so they would send a bigger car at no extra cost, but didnt say it wasnt going to be the limo we booked. An SUV arrived, which we werent happy about so my husband just told the driver in a polite way we werent happy because it wasnt what we booked and paid for. The driver was extremely rude and basically said Do you want me to stop the car which he knew wasnt an option because we had to get to the airport for our flights. I have emailed the company with my concerns and not received a reply.
