AMAZING! I highly recommend M&V Limousines for your wine tour. I organized a group trip to visit three wineries and worked with Jenna P. to set it up (shes a joy to work with). Very professional group. Booking the trip was very easy and everything lined up perfectly -- excellent customer service by the office, very enjoyable visits to the wineries and also a great driver who helped us out at each turn. My group had a great time and I will definitely go back to M&V for the next wine trip!

This company was hands down the best vendor that we chose for our wedding on July 6, 2018, and I am so happy and grateful that we chose them! Darian is THE MAN, and was so patient and thorough with us over the phone and in person whenever we went over the plans for our wedding (which were complicated!). I must have called him back 5, 6 times to change things or add things, change pick up or drop off times, and Darian was so patient and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Darian made sure that all of our wedding dreams came true. I was so worried about picking a limo company because a lot of the reviews said that limos did not show up on time, or with the wrong vehicle--this was NOT the case for Lancelot limos. They showed up EARLY for each of the pick-ups--we had 4 vehicles, with three different pick-up locations, and they got everyone where they needed to be safely, early, and in style. The drivers were also such sweethearts--they made sure that our day ran smoothly and we did not have to worry about anything. The pictures that we took with the 37 Packard were some of the most striking and beautiful! It was so cool to ride in style with my honey in that car. The operator who took my call was very friendly. A person followed up promptly to confirm pickup and drop off a couple of days before the event. Also, the driver showed up dressed in formal attire. That was a plus. The one aspect I wish could have been better was the quality of the leather seats in the limo. I could see some wear and tear on the cream leather. Yes, I got a basic Lincoln limo, but all cars, regardless of how expensive or inexpensive, should be kept in good shape. I highly recommend this company. They worked with me and my budget. I felt like a queen.

Bought the limo for a surprise for a friends birthday! The driver called five minutes before as asked and the surprise went just as planned! The driver was amazing very friendly and didn’t mind making pit stops for bathroom breaks. I would definitely use this company again. Everything was hassle and stress free.

Our limo driver was amazing! Very responsible and safe. Took us into the city and made stops in the city for some sightseeing. Gave us his cell number to text him anytime ( of course would only text when he had dropped them off and was parked)The whole experience was great. My daughter had 15 passenger limo for 15 friends. That was little tight but they managed. The limo was very clean. Price was reasonable and competitive with other limo companies. Would use them again.

Wonderful service for my sons wedding. We encountered multiple challenges with a street fair in front of the Church and massive traffic in NYC on the wedding day, but the drivers handled it perfectly. I had booked a private bus for my party for a wine tour with M & V Limousine through Darian. He was so helpful throughout the many questions I had. He helped me select a vineyard package and made sure that I got my moneys worth. It is hard to book anything for a large number of people but Darian made it easy. The tour went smoothly and the driver was great as well. The private bus was very clean and stocked with cups and water bottles. The driver was in contact with me to make sure that I got back in time to go onto the next vineyard as well as back to my drop off so I would not go over my time limit. I highly recommend M&V Limousine for any of your needs whether it is for their driving service or wine tour!

My mom used this company for my college graduation and was very pleased with the services provided. They were prompt and the driver, Walter, was very courteous and pleasant. At first we were reluctant to use the company due to poor reviews, but was reassured by Marshall that things had improved. We decided to give them a try and was very happy that we did. They certainly exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful service for my wedding. Although the original vehicle I booked was unavailable at the time of my wedding, the company provided a back up vehicle that was just as nice. Car was clean, temperature controlled, spacious. Driver was prompt, helpful and sweet. Would definitely recommend.

I have used this limo company for my senior prom, and used them again for my wedding day. They showed up on time and got use safely to our destination. My dress was destroyed during the pictures... the driver took me and all my girls to the side of the church and made sure to block us from my guests while the cleaned the whole bottom of my dress! He was extremely patient with us! My friends and I had a great time getting from place to place!

We used M&V Limousines for shuttle transportation on the North Fork for our wedding weekend and we absolutely loved them! I ordered a trolly and a party bus for my wedding. Both were clean and the drivers arrived on time, which I greatly appreciated!My only complaint is that they promptly called me three weeks before the wedding asking for payment, but not to explain the wedding day details, which according to the contract I was also suppose to have three weeks prior. I had to ask them when we would go through the wedding day schedule. I just wanted my vendors to be equally excited about the day of as they were about their payments.

Could not have asked for more from the VIP Wine Tour! The driver, Tony, treated us like we were celebrities! So nice and thought ahead of how to make our experience the best possible. The food spread was very impressive and tasty too.

I have been consistently pleased with the service. When they picked me up at the airport, on a recent trip home, the driver could not be more professional even thought JFK was a nightmare that night. On a recent trip from JFK for my son and daughter in law that I had arranged, they called me two days before to confirm all the details. My son advised me that his flight landed 1/2 early and M&V was there waiting for them. I will definitely use them again when needed.

I used the company for my moms surprise 70th birthday outing. The driver was on time and very helpful. I was not at the event but the driver kept me abreast by texting me and keeping the ladies on schedule. My mother and friends said the limo was clean and comfortable . The only complaint was that the radio did not work. The company was easy to book and pay via phone and the prices were very reasonable. I would use them again!

I have to sincerely thank M&V Limousine for the wonderful experience my son and his date had for prom. The Limo was just as we expected unbelievable elegant. The Chauffeur was sweet as pie. He was just on time and with tremendous patience because you know how us parents are with picture taking. When they enter the location where the venue took place The chauffeur made sure all eyes were on them and that they were at that moment the center of attention. It was the greatest moment in my sons life. He was extremely excited and very grateful for the experience he had. They then went into Manhattan where once again all eyes were on them. Amazing sweet 16 party

Everyone who helped me were very friendly, although there were some unfortunate situations. I was told I could decorate the bus the day of the party, however when I got there after a chaotic morning, I was told last minute the bus was not at the location. It was extremely disappointing and I really wish they had called me earlier to give me a heads up, considering its not a close location to me and I had about 50 balloons in my car. Also, although the bus driver was nice, this whole party was a surprise for my boyfriend and I had liked it if the bus pulled up in front of my house, but he didnt. The driver ended up stopping at a corner next to my house, where the bus was not visible at first. That was also disappointing. He also showed up earlier than expected.

Highly recommended. Each time I have used you has been more than a 5 star experience. Prompt, peofessional, courteous, patient. This last adventure involved 15 ...12 year olds and 6 adults. The driver was awesome. The limo bus was top notch. The adults had just as much fun as the kids and we arrived safe and sound at the sugar factory in Manhattan. The prices were fair, vehicles and drivers were nice but the office/booking staff was terrible. They didn’t seem to be on the same page about what could be offered and often contradicted each other. When my husband called to finalize and settle things he was yelled at and spoken over/cut off by an employee. We were told about a discount, only for a very rude employee to tell us that it would not be honored and we had to pay the higher price. When planning a wedding, the last thing you want is to be mishandled by the people you pay to make your day go smoothly. Very disappointed.

As usual M&V limo’s were timely, immaculately cleaned, and not in a rush to leave. Unfortunately, we asked them to attend my father-in-laws funeral. They were nothing short of professional. They have always been our go to in professional limo services. Thank you M&V.

Terrible. I was the bride and driver didn’t even know where he was supposed to drive us to and actually said it too. Small piece of advice, contact your employer if you don’t know something and they just sent you to pick a group of people up instead of relying on the group to tell you where to go. Further more, maybe teach your employees to assist people getting into the vehicle, especially the bride! I paid for service. This company showed a huge lack of communication from the beginning. I guess you get what you paid for. Further more and even worse, I was told on more than one occasion that a number crunchers clean and shiny black car would be sent to my in laws to pick up the men. It’s funny how they were adimate about getting paid though and making sure they let me know that nothing is refundable. Instead it was a beat up white limo with stains inside and out and from what I heard, a bumpy and raggedy ride all the way to the venue. It was rattling and sounded like it was going to fall apart with no AC and it definitely wasn’t from this decade. The Flinstones probably had more secure vehicles and they drove with their feet. Pictures of the groomsmen were not taken with the limo of course. I gave one star because at least they arrived. The best part was the drivers at the end of the night to bring my parents, parents in law and ourselves home in the town cars. I’d recommend for town cars since good prices but certainly not special events.

M&V Limousine service was phenomenal!! I called them 2 weeks before my daughters prom due to another company telling me they dont drive to Manhattan!! Darren help me with getting a bus. He worked his magic I tell you. My daughters driver name is Paul. We used their services for her prom. The sprinter was very clean and Paul was great with the kids. I would absolutely recommend their services to everyone. Kathleen who works at the front desk greeted us with a smile and had us laughing the whole time we was at their office. My driver Felix was great, very professional, assisted my family members on the bus, he called 2 days before to introduce himself, Felix also directed my party of 50 in the right direction to walk in Times Square. I will definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

We used M&V for our wedding at Raphael Vineyard 4.27.18. We got limos for the bridal party, a 55-passenger bus for guests and an end-of-night limo for my husband and me. They were all on time and everything was in top condition. At the end of the night, I really wanted to hear “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran and our driver pulled over, hooked his phone up to the radio and played it for us. Total sweetheart. Our first limo driver was Cary, Alfonso “Fonzi” drove my husband and me back and David was our shuttle driver and our guests loved him (especially the people on the last ride back!). We got a free ride to the airport for our honeymoon too, which was really helpful!

The bridal party and guests were veryimpresssed with the service and comfort of the busses. I am very happy I chose M&V Limosine. I would choose them again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend them to all.

We used M&V for our wedding and were very dissapointed. Our driver was incredibly rude and not helpful whatsoever. He did not help anyone on or off the bus, including myself (the bride) bridesmaids, children or my disabled sister. The bus we got was not the bus we had reserved. The driver got lost on the way to the location for our photos and didn’t tell anyone, so we were running 30 minutes late and were unable to take many of the pictures we weren planning. We also had a shuttle driver for the night who was not accommodating and refused to drive people to locations that had previously been discussed when we met with the sales rep. During the planning process it was impossible to get an email back or get a hold of anyone on the phone. I would 100% not recommend this company to anyone getting married and am very disappointed in the service we received.
