Spa is small but pretty. Mask usage is dependent on the technician. Some have none, some just a face shield. I got 2 packages of 4 cavitation sessions, primarily with Paulina. Reception is friendly. First day I was made to wait 30 mins, because she didnt know my appt time. Sessions can be overly chatty or extremely silent. Another time, the client before me arrived over 30 mins late, and Paulina still took her, despite it being the start of my session. She told me its first come, first served So why even give out appointments!?Cavitation sessions are only 15 mins, but she checks her smart watch obsessively, several times a minute. Its both disrespectful and unprofessional. If a massage therapist can do an entire 60 min session without checking their phones, a technician can pay attention for 15 mins straight. Or they are in the wrong business. My last session with her she was a bit combative and went on a rant, saying I was lucky she started on time so I could make my other appointments! Bizarre. The session before she had the machine too high or didnt use enough gel, because I kept getting pain in the flanks. I had to ask multiple times not to treat that region but she spaced out kept doing it. Comparing this to a massage therapist, who actually listens to your pain complaints, care enough about the client, and pay close enough attention to their work not to re-injure the client.The more sessions I got the more it hurt, which makes me think she was cranking up the machine high out of spite. 8 sessions and no change in lower abdomen, despite regular, vigorous exercise (1hr/2-3X a week) and diet. So, not something I can recommend, especially with this technician.

This place is great! I’ve been to at least ten laser hair salons, and this is the best. The office is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly (they offer you drinks including sparkling wine!), and you can barely feel the machine. I bought the full body package, and they are very nice about ensuring that they’ve hit all the areas to your satisfaction. Planning to stick with this Eureka for the long run!

I have to say the reason why I am giving a two star is because of the horrible customer service coming from the owner. The employees are excellent, but the owner gave me such a hard time that i was willing to give up 4 of my 8 sessions package for laser removal. I did the touch up at another place a couple of weeks ago and it was unbelievably painful and I had to ask a technician to hold off. But at Eureka, I felt almost no pain and a slight degree of pinching a couple of times. The Eurekas machine was much better! Third, a technician was knowledgeable and professional. Originally purchased a Groupon for cavitation services. The staff are eastern European and lovely to work with. Their cavitation machine is the better of any other Ive experienced, because I seen results. Clean facility also. Location is easy to get to by foot from Path train on 33rd. My last experience with laser hair removal was 6 years ago and this is because it was so painful, not to mention, ineffective. After just one session at Eureka, I had a response and my hair growth was less. The spa is very clean and comfortable. In terms of the laser, the discomfort was minimal and totally tolerable and Nati was so patient and sweet. It was over before I knew it. They provide a lot of services. The laser hair removal machine they use is super high tech. You guys should check this place out.—Update:After having done two laser hair removal treatments the areas have a lot of surface that has no hair. After the first treatment there was a noticeable difference. It definitely takes longer for my hair to grow back. Can’t wait for the remaining 6 sessions.I’ve read comments saying that the staff was pushy about their other services but they never were with me. They mentioned their other services to me only once. They seldomly send out emails, if they do it’s interesting things. They also have cool-sculpting demonstrations which I find pretty cool.

My experience at Eureka has been amazing. Firstly, all the staff are extraordinarily nice and accommodating. Secondly, and more importantly, the technicians are incredibly skilled. I have received Botox at a few other places before Eureka, including a Dermatologists office, and Olga at Eureka is by far the most skilled. Olga carefully examined the musculature of my upper face and meticulously outlined where to inject as to not give me any side effects (like crazy witch eyebrows that I did have from the Botox I got from two medical doctors!). Olga has a thorough understanding of how to administer botox- I am incredibly happy with my results (again) and highly recommend Olga and Eureka Body Care and Spa to everyone.

I don`t recommend this place.When I initially purchased package, this spa had misunderstandings with the app (PULSD) that offered their package and I when I showed up my package was not accepted, I had to go through refund process and purchase package all over again through Groupon. Not a great way to start new relationship with the client.Purchased 2 unlimited packages for 1 year from Groupon. Received 6 treatments multiple moths ahead of year end (expected more treatments).Had lots of miscommunications on multiple steps during my experience - no clarity on package terms (1 year length dooesn`t match what was advertised on Groupon), effect not as expected - initially was told that my treatment will take 8 visits but package was covering only 6 - I found out that terms are different from what I signed up for later when already started treatments.During every visit I was asked what is my treatment plan and offered less services that I initially purchased - I had two packages and every time was asked only about one - how about you write it down already!On the last day of treatment I was told that my treatment will take 2 years and I need another round of 6 visits!

My first time at Eureka Body Care and Spa was in January 2018. It was a bit of a gamble since it was a Groupon but it couldn’t have turned out better. I didn’t know it was possible to make my face & my lips look so good since I’ve never had such great results. And my positive experience is not due to a lack of experience because my life has gratefully afforded me the opportunity to visit MANY Aesthetician’s throughout the world where I’ve had some good and some not so good experiences. That was NOT the case at Eureka Body Care and Spa. It’s by far the best experience and results that I’ve ever had!! On top of the great results, Yana and Olga are absolutely amazing.
