Ive been coming here for the past 5 years for laser hair removal treatments, laser touch-ups, and skin tag removal. I couldnt be happier with the results and the staff! Emily is wonderful - professional and knowledgeable! Each session is quick and they dont push an up-sell on you like some other places.

Great service, I would just avoid getting mole removal here. She didn’t really clean the area where she was removing the mole. Was told not to put anything such as any ointment ... mole removal didn’t work, still had the mole and had scarring which looks even worse now. Mind you she didn’t even use any type of numbing cream.

This is my 4th time at this spa, the service is exceptional, Emily and Cindy are just two of the kindest humans you can be around, I’ve done vela shape coupled with sculpt sure, I’m waiting on the 6 week period to do another review which I’m so excited about, I will definitely recommend this spa and these technicians

I went to this salon 5 years ago for laser hair removal on my legs, arms, underarms and face. I havent been in the last 2 years because all of the hair is pretty much removed. I still get baby hairs, but its not even noticeable. Also, before going here, I tried 2 dermatologists. They did the same thing (I only did my arms) with the same results, but 2 to 3 times more expensive!

I got the mole removal service, they were professional from the begin. They were super nice. Fast. Everything was explained nicely and through. The facility is clean.

I really love this place, the staff and the service is exceptional. Great location easy access to subway. Emily is awesome does a really great job and makes you feel at ease. I bought a velashape 2 package on groupon and I think am seeing some results after 5 sessions. My only complaint is the stairways leading up to the office could use a bit of painting but other than that everything was excellent!

I’ve done multiple sessions at other spa but always had hair coming back. So I gave this place a try since i saw great reviews about it. I absolutely love this place! Would recommend everyone to come here. They always have great customer service and Emily who treats me always do a excellent job. I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about because I saw them change the towels infront of me. I’ve done 4 session in multiple areas so far and so far little to no hair growth. The best part is they still honor packages at similar price point to Groupon. So worth the price that they are charging! Will be coming back for more areas and doing other treatments. Highly recommend.

I purchased a Six sessions of laser hair removal on a large area for the entire face and went to 1 session every month. I have optimal hair type for laser (dark brown, coarse, light skin) so I was expecting long-term results after I completed the six sessions. Although I followed every instruction given between sessions and went regularly to appts, by the end of the six sessions I didnt see any improvement to the hair on my face. It continued to grow back fully each month and so I purchased 3 extra sessions to ensure lasting results. Now that I have finished 9 sessions in total, I am disappointed at the temporary hair removal I ultimately paid for. Less that 6 months later and the hair has all grown back and I see no reduction in thickness or overall growth. The facility was clean and open and the technician was very nice.

Really great and friendly technicians, and new customers get specials. Really a great deal, especially in the city! I would definitely return again!!

Staff was very nice and cheerful. Spa has a comfortable waiting area. Was offered water or tea when I arrived. I had 2 moles removed, which was done super fast. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I NEED A REFUND 😒😒😟They didn’t mention they were closed 3 & half weeks before Xmas til after New Years & now I lost my 3 packages for laser since I have left NY. I was going to get two more treatments. But I wasn’t told about them being closed and I also called that last Friday to make an appointment they could’ve told me they’re off for couple weeks. Now I have to pay expiration fee but they weren’t sure either it’s 30$ or 50$ of each cost each time coming in now. I paid over 1000$ treatment just for no notification and waste of time.Loved this place but before when I bought a package I asked 3x if I can use two areas on a new limited package they just got. He said he’ll let me know and charge me afterwards. Then was told afterwards to pay twice the amount of the price package was told. They said they’ll charge me after but I didn’t expect to be charged so much and additional more fee for tax, I also had purchased a groupon deal which I was told to pay 15$ extra fee. The medium & small session took like 2 mins each. I was also informed to not shave since the hair was light. Wish they told me the amount clearly that was expected.

Its okay, its a small place with great prices so they can operate based on volume. The velashape room smells terrible. They use the same towel for everyone which I find very unsanitary.

Went there twice with my husband for wart removal on his fingers. First purchased a groupon, lady who did a procedure said that usually 1 procedure is enough for wart to disappear completely, she said give it a month should be gone. 1 month later none of the warts were gone (its total 5 on his fingers) We called she said its ok, it happens just come back for touch up. We came back for touch up (paid 35 dollars per wart at least) again same story - none of them were gone!!!!!!!! We called again asked them whats up with that....received same reply as before it happens come back for touch up 3rd time?????? I do not recommend this place!!! We spent this much money on nothing! Money and time is wasted and warts are still there! Shame on you Lavenvelle spa! Will never go back to this place again!

Super friendly staff. Really clean and nice with a calming atmosphere. Wish the aesthetician would have given me all the details about the procedure before we started; maybe she didnt realize that it felt like I wasnt being told some of less appealing stuff after we started or were completely finished, becaus3 it might have freaked me out? Either way, will be back. 👍
