Sunni is very informative. She makes sure she and the patient are on the same page before any commitments are made. I am brown skinned and shared my concern about the effectiveness of the procedure. Sunni was very reassuring and professional. I have seen dramatic results and Im only half way through my treatments. Highly recommend.

Ive had great results with Laserworks for three different areas. Theyre great about offering reasonable packages and while Im in the maintenance phase for most things Id go back for any area. Theyre really careful about asking whether youve had sun exposure and work with you accordingly. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have been going to Laserworks for a few years and my results have been amazing! I have dark skin so I was a bit hesitant, but Sunny (the owner) is experienced with dealing with darker skin tones. She is very friendly, organized and professional.

Lazer works actually works! Bit more pricey than other places especially those you find on Groupon. But don’t make the mistake to buy those and find out they don’t work (which is what I did). It’s the cheap wrong type of Laser that doesn’t last. A year later you will find out they don’t give you good results. Don’t waste your time and money. Might as well go straight here!! I’ve been so pleased. Office is clean and one session here is 2-3 sessions at least otherwhere. You also get personalized service instead of a difference person every time. You won’t regret coming here! So worth it.

The best decision that I ever made.Im a light skinned Afro American woman with dark coarse hair. Everywhere. It was something that kept me from going to the beach or being comfortable in a locker room because of all the ingrown bumps and scars. My mom found Sunny and talked to her on the phone and told me that she was the one. This is my 4th year coming back for touch ups and new areas.And Im always naked at the beach.Dark skin dark hair girls cant go to any groupon promo spot bc the machine is not made for our skin. Sunnys machine is and she knows what she is doing. The price is right for the service and the process is mild. Its hair removal and no easy walk in the park to just get rid of but Laser Works is the best method that I have found in NY.DONT CHEAT YOURSELF.
