Small shop inside and shop. These guys are straight shooters with fair pricing. Not only do they cut normal keys, they have the equipment to cut enhanced security keys and elevator keys at a fraction of the price of the keyme machines. They work fast and get the job done right. They also provide lockout service and will come to you, though I only have had experience at their shop.

The locksmith said he would arrive in an hour and he did so. He made the least expensive repairs possible, trying to use existing equipment. He did his work promptly and efficiently. He even gave me tips on how to correct future issues. Bottom line, amazing service, he arrived when he said he would, he was friendly, fast, efficient, and honest.

Attempted to install my own new smart lock on an old front door but realized the holes were cut with odd proportions and could not finish the job myself. Called Sullivan Locksmith to explain, sent over some pictures, and set up an appointment for the same day. Arthur arrived on time and worked quickly. He recut the deadbolt hole in the right place and was able to complete the smart lock installation. He also too the time to redrill holes and sand down the slide plate to make sure everything aligned properly. He then replaced three other doorknobs/locks and fixed another interior door knob that was acting up.Polite, professional, problem solver.

I locked my keys in my car yesterday and found this locksmith by a recommendation from someone on the street. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The locksmith arrived as fast as he said he would and in less than 20 seconds, my car door was open. I felt he charged a fair price and I would definitely recommend them if someone is locked out of their car. You dont always find honest locksmith companies and this one was great!!

Grossly unprofessional I spoke with someone who said someone would call me back, no explanation why this was the procedure. I DO get a call quickly, that much to their credit. Another man says he can do it and says he cant offer a price. I ask for a ballpark figure. He tells me he needs to be onsite to then see the cylindars. I get his number to send him the picture of the cylindar im thinking he didnt expect me to have. He says he didnt receive the picture. We wait and wait while Im on the phone with him, finally he hangs up on me. A waste of time.

Not sure who thinks that $70.00 is cheap for about a 15 second job to open up an apartment door (not an exaggeration), but I sure do not. Yes he was quick, but he had a nice attitude and I would use him again. When calling he didnt quote me. Once he arrived he told me it would be $70. If you can break in, or pick a lock you may be better off!
