Im moving to a new apartment next week and have one copy of the Mul-t-lock key, which requires special equipment to be duplicated. I showed up at the store today (a Friday) just as someone was leaving and was told the store was closed and is only open on Saturdays now. I showed Michael the key and asked if it was one that could be duplicated if I came back tomorrow. He motioned me inside, made me two copies of the key, and could not have been nicer or more professional. The guys got a big heart. If you need keys made or other locksmith services, this is the place! I will never have keys made anyplace else! Thank you, Michael!

Horrible service. I called and they said that someone would arrive in 25 to 35 minutes. After 40 minutes I called back because no one had arrived yet. They said that someone would be arriving in a few minutes. After another 30 minutes I called back. Again, they said that someone would arrive in a few minutes. After another 30 minutes I called back and they said that they hadn’t actually sent anybody and accused me of calling multiple locksmiths when that hadn’t even happened…. Had to cancel and waited so long for nothing from them. They should have told me that at they could not help me from the beginning, instead of misleading me and having me wait for someone who was never going to show up.

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!!We hired this company to install keycode locks and pry shields on all doors on the first floor of our condo in Chicago. We used an employee named Eran. We did eventually have a break-in where the thief easily broke into the main door and was able to open all the doors with the pry shields and steal stuff from garage. Eran came back out to inspect and was going to prepare some quotes. That was a month ago. I have emailed him several times and called his office 3 times. Never once was I followed up with. The last time I called I explained how long we have been waiting for a quote and that we had minimal security, with all the pry shields broken. The person I spoke with seemed to care and implied he would get Eran to finish the job, but that also did not happen. I would not do business with this company.

Years ago they replaced my lock -super easy and fast and very professional job -I was very pleased.Was on my way to the hardware store to get keys made and came in and asked if they made Leo’s -he said sure no problem. Again, so easy and a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back when needed.

Strictly speaking, this location is not open 24hrs. Their actual hours are posted on the door. If you need a key made at 6:30am and it is not an emergency, it would be helpful to know this. Other similar businesses have their regular store hours posted online and a phone number for 24-hr emergency service. I should not have to call to determine your store’s hours. That is what the Internet is for.

This was the best experience ever. At 8pm I locked myself out of my office storage and I needed the contents. I called Mr. Locks, and a locksmith called me back five minutes later confirming hed be there in fifteen minutes. Ten minutes laters and hes downstairs. Five minutes later the lock is unlocked. Super professional and really nice guy. The fee was reasonable too, especially for an after hours call to FiDi.

Mr locks with their tech Asaf came to my house today, they installed one of the Latch M lock set on my house door.They were super effective and comfortable to work with, left everything clean and with out questions. Definitely will work with them again

I needed a copy of a key made and I went to several shops and none of them were able to copy it. I walked into this place and and they were able to help me get it done quickly. Would highly recommend.

Very unprofessional. It was 1:30 in the morning and my key to my apartment got stuck in the lock. The first time I called, someone told me that someone would be here shortly. I called 20 minutes later for an update, and she told me that they were delayed and would be here 20 minutes later. I called 25 minutes after that, and no answer. I called several times. Now no one is picking up, no one has shown up to my apartment, and it’s been an hour since I called. Do not waste your time calling this place.

Called for Car lockout service. After asking me all the relevant questions like address, make and model, service requested they quoted me $195. When the technician arrived before looking at the car quoted me $250!Called the office and they said, “just cancel if you don’t like it.”The frosting on the cake was after all that and waiting, they sent some who didn’t have the right key.Unprofessional.

I looked for someone to come over to my place and estimate a job, they did send someone to my place but his estimate was very pricey I had to turn it down pay him the service fee and to call Allens Locksmith.
