My vehicle was just unlocked by a technician from iGuard Locksmith. It was a last minute request but they were able to help me regardless. They turned something seemingly inconvenient and made it appear as a simple service to perform.

I have been going to iGuard in the East Village for years and not once have I been disappointed. Julio and their other employees could not be more helpful and professional. My new keys always work perfectly, right away! No other place to go that’s for sure.

Went to copy a key here and Julio and Bertol were very helpful and responsive in getting a unique key copied I was not able to at other stores. The process was quick and they were helpful in helping me get this done last minute. Will come back if I ever need a key copied!

Excellent service~ Julio did me a solid and recopied a specialty key for me. He showed me what was wrong with the faulty key I had and he did pristine work. Will be coming back again for all my key needs!

Got locked out of my house and needed to get in. It was freezing cold outside, and on a Saturday evening, but IGuard showed up in under 20 and was able to pop the lock in under a minute. Couldnt be more thankful for the quick service, especially given that it is a weekend. They were even courteous enough to ask if I have any children with me and if I am stuck outside or if I have somewhere warm to wait. I couldnt recommend a more superb locksmith in this area!

Fast dependable HONEST service. Came in less than 30 minutes. Could have told me I needed a new lock but INSTEAD adjusted and lubricated my existing lock! You dont find such honesty I service people anymore. REDUCED his service charge since it was a simple fix! This is the second time I have used them for a lock problem...and I am 100% satisfied. I took pictures of my front door lock asked all the prices before hiring him. He showed up and the price quoted was now double and he wouldnt want to leave until I paid him $40 to leave.

I needed to change my lock because I lost my keys. So I decided to google lock smith services and basics plus popped up. Called the store and they told me, that he would be there within 20-30 minutes. Im very elated for the great and quick service I got from this store. Call someone else if you have a problem with your locks, this place isnt honest and upfront about their prices there is no fixed pricing they make it up along the way expect to pay about $500 if your locked out

They came the same day I called. my lock was difficult to install. He stayed till very late and finished the job. He left my house clean. I loved working with them. I highly recommend IGuard!
