3 minutes agoNEWThere were three people working. One was with a customer. The other two were talking to someone who came into clean. I stood there waiting for a while. I was looking to have a ring resized and stone set so I stood there waiting patiently not looking at jewelry really. Finally the cleaning lady left and I walked up to the counter and asked if I could ask a question. Twice. I was ignored twice as I stood a foot away from them behind the glass.Clear that they didnt want my business I walked towards the door saying okay.The door of course is locked and I need to be buzzed out. So I stood there for about 30 seconds before yelling if youre not going to help me can you at least let me out?. The cleaning lady was also leaving cheese get me shiley apologetically. She had better customer service than the people who actually worked there.

Lovely staff and a wide range of jewelry to chose from. I purchsed a necklace with an angel pendant for myself and a bracelet for my husband. The sales associate was very kind and told us to come back anytime because the cleaning is always free (a perk) Very happy customer 😊

I brought a very old/sentimental gold ring here that I wanted to fit on my pinky. I thought they were just going to add a little insert, but I came back and my ring was resized and sparking clean 20 minutes later for $20! Never thought those old scratches would come off. Will definitely be back :)
