This is the best managed building Ive lived in. The management and leasing are great at communication. The staff and live-in super are professional, friendly and very well trained. Any issue Ive had was resolved quickly and well. Any work request was submitted via the resident portal and followed up on the next day. The building is older, so one or twice one of the three elevators were shut down or no water for a few hours because they were repairing pipes, but advance notice was given at least 1-2 days in advance.FYI many of the residents own their apartment or have been tenants for at least 2 years, which is why there arent many reviews.
