This Related building is a fantastic place to live in the Upper East Side. It is conveniently located 1.5 blocks from the 6 train and will be half a block from the new 2nd Ave subway when it opens. The doormen and staff are excellent and all amenities are exactly as promised. Plus, all apartments have a washer and dryer in the unit! Love this place!

Lived there in 2010 and absolutely loved it. We may be moving back to NYC and if we do we will look into renting there again.

The building opened with big fanfare in 2006 however since then we have seen the building slide into a current state of mismanagement and irresponsible service. The young staff exhibits an alarming lack of professionalism and the even younger general manager does not command their respect or authority.The building has been plagued by rumors of insider jobs of burglary and vandalism. A number of families have left because they did not feel the building was safe for their young children.
